Canterbury Retreat & Conference Center

These guys have a great message to relay! Attended a team builder event with my coworkers which focused on bring us closer together to help with communication. We did a few small icebreaker activities to loosen up, each one had a meaning behind which was explained to us during the debrief discussion afterwards. Each person was given the option to challenge themselves by climbing a 3 story telephone pole to jump off and/​or climbing the same height and walk a telephone pole length across (which I found a lot harder) but both so much fun. It was great to have my coworkers cheer me on and give motivation to reach my goal. If is this something you are not into you can chose to not do it and everyone will support your decision.
The morning activities were followed by a lovely buffet lunch, every fresh salad bar with make your own sandwiches.
The instructors were great and you can take a lot away from a retreat with them!

My job sent us here for a retreat and we where given Steve and Mike as our coaches. I left feeling like a new person. Steve will forever have a place in my heart. These guys are great at what they do and all their words are sincere and genuine.
I would recommend this retreat!
