Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando East-Ucf Area

Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Orlando is about a three mile drive from the college, University of Central Florida. A friend of mine and myself were visiting and this was the most convenient hotel in distance and price for the time being.
We stayed in a two room suite for a night that had a flat screen TV and desks along with a mini-​fridge and coffeemakers. The facility also offers a fitness center, heated outdoor pool, and free hot breakfast bar. Parking is free, so that is a plus.
The staff at Holiday Inn Express is beyond great. It is not everywhere that you go, you have the customer service you expect but the staff at the front desk makes you feel at home which made me not want to leave. I will be returning in a heartbeat if I ever need a place to stay in this touristy city, in which we call Orlando.

Very, very CLEAN! Great customer service. They remember your name and are very accommodating! I really appreciated how clean and new the room was.

There is a lot of construction around this hotel, but it’s extremely clean and modern. The reception desk staff are extremely professional and friendly. The big problem is that the housekeeping staff were incredibly loud early in the morning. They starting around 8:30 until we left at check-​out at 11! Not only were they banging the doors and clanking objects around, but they were having loud conversations with people right outside our room like it was the middle of the day, I thought for a while there that I was in a hospital room! I felt like they were pushing us out! So much for sleeping in a little bit! Not sure if I’d stay there again.

Brand new hotel is beautiful but Nobody answers the phone. TV did not work. We waited 30 – 45 minutes but no help arrived
