These guys are a joke. Brought my iPhone in for a repair, the«repair» guy took of my brand new $ 40 case(didn’t even ask for me to do it) and snapped it. See the irony? None the less, I still let the man«fix» my phone, the reason I came here. I asked if sprint could refund my case and talked to the manager but they claimed there was not bin they could do. No sympathy, not a care in the world. Went in to see the manager again and he was going to call the case company to see if they could send another, but he never called. This team is a joke, and the manger doesn’t know how to run the store. Get some real repair men and not chumps who can’t even take a case off correctly. Also, this place will take an hour setting up your phone, so have fun.

I strolled right in the day iPhone 6 was released. Everyone was helpful and nice. No lines and great customer service.

Like most people this weekend I was on the hunt for an iPhone 6. Let me first say that the people at Best Buy off of Metcalf were completely useless and had a «please don’t bother me» attitude. The Sprint Store was my backup plan for getting the new iPhone, and man… it was an excellent experience. The guys working there were super helpful, got me a great deal, did all the data transfer stuff, and got me a $ 200 credit on my old iPhone. It was a seamless, easy process and only took about 20 minutes. I will definitely be going back when it’s time to upgrade models again. Good work, guys.

To clarify, this is the location in the Shoppes at Deer Creek Woods. My experience with this store is one of the reasons Sprint has such a poor reputation. My contract is nearing its end in Nov.(thank God) but I had decided to ride it out and continue working around the horrible spotty reception. Due to the screen on my phone becoming non-responsive yesterday, I had to go in today to have it repaired or so I thought. I was told there would be a $ 150 deductible which I understand(more than I paid for the phone and more than it would cost to terminate my contract) and yada yada yada. I proceeded to call Customer«Care» because the store did not have record of my protection plan. While I’m on the phone with Sprint, I hear the emotionally unstable store tech say several times, «Ma’am, you know we can hear you calling us liars». WTF? I was simply relaying to Sprint exactly what he had just told me. And even if I had called them liars(or whatever he thought he heard) how is it his place to say something like that to me? Sprint inevitably put me on a long hold so I asked who the store manager was. A kid who appeared to not have any education outside of Sprint EDU(that’s a joke) said he was the assistant manager and basically told me that they take it seriously when they’re called liars. I asked what I had said that called them liars and he backtracked and said, «I didn’t hear the conversation». What a moron. Anyway, I ended up paying the $ 100 to terminate my contract and thank GOD went straight to the Verizon kiosk at Costco. There were several customers in line and when I shared my story I learned they had ALL had similar experiences with Sprint. $ 100 early term fee is a small price to pay to be done with the horrible reception & even more horrible people at this Sprint store.
