I was recommended to this place by my aunt, who swears by his service. Orson himself was kind, courteous, and friendly. The «shuttle» driver was not in when I brought my car in, so Orson rode with me in my car and drove it back. He noticed small problems with my car and called me about them when he found them without pushing more costly repairs on me. I really enjoyed my experience with this business and will return to them for my car repair needs. The competitive pricing doesn’t hurt, either.

Talk about customer service, this place has it. I dropped my car off at 7:30AM to have the brakes and rotors replaced. They called me back a few hours later to give me the estimate and also explain what needed to be done. I gave the okay and came back around 5:00 to pick it up.
The owner, Orson, told me it was going to be less than he quoted since they finished earlier and found one part didn’t need to be replaced. He also said he noticed my front tires had more wear than my back, so they rotated and balanced them for no extra charge. See what I mean about honest customer service?
Highly recommended, they will be getting all my business and referrals in the future. Thanks Orson!

if you are looking for an honest, helpful mechanic you can find it at Orsons. My husband and I have been taking one of our vehicles there for a few years now and they have always provided a detailed, no nonsense overview of what needs to be done with our vehicle. More recently, we took the car in for service because we thought it might need a muffler. Nope, Orson told us, dont spend the money, the car is done! He gave us a list of things that could be done to the vehicle but why spend the money on it when the it could easily need more later and the car is not worth putting in another 1200 $ worth of work. He’s given us recommendation on cars to look at, which fall in line with CR recommendations, and will review new vehicle prospects for us.
We know we are going to get Honest, trustworthly diagnosis of our vehicles here… there is no other place to go in our opnion!
