I had a tight deadline and called them at 2:00 p.m. for their email address to send over 3 documents I needed printed before 4:45 p.m. When I arrived they had my printing completed exactly how I had asked and I made my meeting on time. Ya! I’m a fan! Nice work printing staff!

Not a good day @ Officemax. My wife needed make some copies. The copier had a paper jam and the clerk grudgingly came over to clear it. She pulled out the crumpled sheets and headed to the trash can. I asked if the copies that their machine ruined could be shredded, she said «there would be a charge». Pay for their mistake? I stuffed the ruined sheets into my pockets for shredding at home.
We continued our shopping. When we went to check out, the line was eight people deep with only one cashier open. I spied three young male workers goofing around together. They noticed my glance and moved to the back of the store. Back to school shopping time and these guys won’t run a register!
