Great prices. Great people. Very clean and organized store.
Both of the people working today (there was a guy and a girl but I don’t remember either of their names) were absolutely amazing. They joked with us and made us laugh and feel important the whole time. The guy showing us around wasn’t too pushy and was very informative. It was all about what I wanted and what was truly comfortable, not making a higher sale. He was always right there to help but let us do our own thing too. He asked our preferences and then showed us the right direction and then let us take lead, which I really appreciated. Nothing more uncomfortable than feeling like someone is always over your shoulder waiting for you to hurry up and make a decision.
Not to mention the prices are FANTASTIC. We got an incredible deal on two twin mattresses and 2 awesome cooling gel pillows. I honestly could not be happier with the purchase. I ended up saving $ 1597 today on everything.
I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else for a mattress again.

Dan was a huge help. He explained the different colors depicting the different mattress styles brilliantly. He also gave me space to let me explore on my own and didn’t hesitate to answer any further questions regarding one mattress vs the next. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll be back again when looking for another mattress! Jeez! I almost forgot to mention the savings. I saved nearly $ 800! Awesome store, awesome service.

I was in the market for TWO queen size mattresses — one for a guest bedroom and one for the master bedroom. After completing some comparison pricing, I walked into Mattress Firm on 119^th and Metcalf and was greeted by Kendall (who turned out to be the store manager). He was very polite, listened to my needs, provided pros and cons of my selections, and patiently waited while I tested several mattresses! There was no pressure to select a mattress out of my price range, and I was impressed with his customer service attitude. When it came time to talk about delivery, I was shocked AND delighted to learn that little detail could take place on Memorial Day!!! What a welcome added bonus! They arrived on time and set up the beds in record time. All in all, my experience was worthy of this review! Great price, terrific product (no more backache for me!), and no stress. We had no idea what type of mattress we wanted, and they were very helpful in explaining the different styles of mattress. We ended up going with a Serta iComfort Brilliance and saved almost $ 1,200. Would recommend so long as you’re certain what you want.

We just bought a new mattress and box springs from the manager, Mikey. He was FABULOUS. He threw in pillows and a cover for free! We encountered an unhappy customer while we were in the store, and the salesmen in the store handled her «situation» with the utmost respect, even though she was throwing terrible jabs. Great store, great employees!!!

How much can you rave about a mattress store? Hubby and I decided it was time for our kid to move up to a big kid bed. The sales guy (asst manager I think) was friendly, informative, not too pushy when we walked in on a Tuesday evening. The store was clean, the beds displayed well. Pricing seemed to be in line with other stores although I only did a quick price check comparison online. Sales guy helped us load up the bed and it was a done deal in 15 minutes. All in all a pleasant experience, I would go back again.
