DON’T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR PHONE!!! My phone worked perfectly except for a slight crack in the corner. Let them «fix» the screen and then my phone was freaking out clicking things I didn’t touch and moving all around. Took it back to tell them and REESE insisted it was my fault (while yelling at me) even though my phone was fine before. I told them to put the old screen back on and refund me and they said they couldn’t so the manager tried to «fix» it again. Now it WON’T EVEN TURN ON so they magically could then refund me. Reese still thinks this whole thing is my fault somehow? So I take it to the apple store and they tell me the display is messed up from when they opened it up to fix the screen, nothing wrong with the phone like they insisted. Horrible customer service, and all that work for a phone that was fine and is now broken!
