Wendy is great with color and cuts. She is always studying the new trends and goes the extra mile. She even found the best gluten free hair color for me. She understands allergies and will work with you to give you a great experience! Salon is clean and the stylists rent their chairs so prices are affordable.

I tend not to get haircuts very often… partially since I like my long hair and never seem to get a decent haircut that I am happy with when I leave the salon. I also never get a good blow out and for the price I typically pay for cuts I want to walk out of the salon not having to go home and tend to frizzy hair. Today I got a cut from Becky at Chrysalis and happy to say I like my hair and it looked good walking out of the salon. Becky also gave a great shampoo with a head massage that was an added perk.

This place is extremely disappointing. I made an appointment a week before the date of a wedding I was attending and they told me they would even open their doors like a half hour earlier than normal hours since I was on a time crunch. So I show up that morning and the receptionist told me to wait a few minutes. After about 20 minutes of waiting I confronted her saying,” Sooo where exactly is the hair stylist.” She said that this stylist was running a little late. After 45 minutes I was furious, and come to find out they had absolutely NO idea where this stylist was, they couldnt reach her and decided to have me wait around for an hour when I had to get ready for a wedding!!! This hair stylist knew DAYS before about my appointment and they even called me the day BEFORE my appointment to confirm it. Like 2 hours after I left and found another salon they call saying the stylist had something to do and offered me a free haircut. OHH BOY!.. All in all I will NEVER be returning. Do NOT waste your money here.

This place is amazing! I had a wedding to attend and Becky was personable, friendly, understanding, and upbeat! Give her a call. You will not regret it! !!! You have at your disposal, estheticians, cosmetologists, massage therapists, nail technicians, not to mention a tranquility room for spa parties! Go go go to this place!

So far I have only been to this salon for waxing and facials with Lenka. Lenka is an amazing patient person. The staff are warm and welcoming. I highly recommend it.
