Great atmosphere. Kind of small for a café. But the waitstaff are extremely friendly. And the head cook is very sexy. So overall great food and good looks.

This is such a great little place. Really the only downside is it is just that, little. Awesome vegetarian options. The wild rice veggie soup is a great appetizer. Any of the burgers or sandwiches that come with meat can be replaced with falafel! It’s the best falafel I’ve ever had. I have friends that eat meat, and they even order the falafel from Piloras. It’s just that tasty!

If you’re looking for a mom and pop breakfast place, this is it! Super cute, great food and homey atmosphere. The cornbread pancakes and feta chicken are both fantastic, their hash browns are unique and delicious and my mom loved their quiche. Our server was an adorable middle aged woman who is reminiscent of everyone’s ideal Midwestern mom. We stopped here randomly and were very happy with it.

Finally. I have found a place to call my go-to eatery for breakfast, brunch and lunch! The food was AMAZING. We had the the cornbread pancakes with pecans, cherries and pure maple syrup(having all 3 was an extra cost but worth it!) and the moroccan chicken sandwich(aioli? some kind of delicious spread, ham, chicken sandwiched between a well buttered rosemary bread). Both came with one side and we chose the apple-pecan waldorf salad and the garbanzo bean salad. Seriously, the best food I’ve had in Oshkosh since moving here. Service was with a smile and friendly. Décor was cozy and clean. Small(capacity is 54) and it was pretty packed when we got there. We sat at the bar and it’s by the door which allows in a cold breeze. It will definitely become a regular!

This is a nice little café with a modern feel. We stopped in here for a more healthy option. The place is small seating 40 – 50 at most. It is nicely decorated with a subtle tribute to autumn. I ordered the Gyro sandwich. it came with a garbanzo bean salad. The salad was nothing more than a scoop of garbanzo beans in a mayonnaise sauce. The Gyro however was fantastic. It was perfectly seasoned beef with cucumber, sliced cherry tomatoes, red onions, and a Greek Gyro sauce all on a grilled flat bread. This was a good hand crafted Gyro. The service was prompt, the staff friendly, the prices reasonable. I would return if in the area again.

Excellent place. I was in town for business with a couple coworkers. On our way through town we saw this location. We all enjoyed our lunch. I love that they have nothing deep fried! We could use more places like this in our area.

Found this place on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. This was the BEST breakfast food I’ve ever had. They use fresh ingredients and the coffee smell when you walked in smelled like heaven. Everything we ordered was great. The beef hash and the french toast was amazing. Our server was great and helpful when ordering. I would recommend this place to anyone. A+++

Nice place with some unique items on the menu. Had the quiche with ham. Potatoes are delicious and little cheesy.

Some of the best food I’ve had in Oshkosh. I enjoyed my quiche adding on ham. The potato cheese hash side was amazingly tasty. The quiche was chock full of fresh veggies and had no crust which was a surprise but a pleasant one as it was lighter and the potatoes were filling enough. All together a great meal for a great value.

We tried it based on the high rating. It’s always nice to try a new to us restaurant. We tried four different menu items and coffee drinks. Everything was fine to good. We wouldn’t go out of our way to come back. Seemed pricey for what we got

We had breakfast here this morning and it was awesome. My husband had the beef hash and I had a scrambled egg/tomato/feta cheese thing on a bagel that was delicious ! The service was excellent and it was all reasonably priced. Here for the fly in, highly recommend this place!

Pilora’s is a gem of an establishment on Main that is most certainly worth a stop in if you are in the neighborhood. The focus here is on unique creations using fresh and local ingredients in interesting flavor combinations. The interior is your typical bistro style contemporary layout. Most of my visits here have been for breakfast, and all the selections I have tried have been quite tasty. Standouts include the egg and Feta cheese bagel sandwich(nice to grab on your way to work), the scrumptious cornbread pancakes, and my absolute favorite the bread budding! The pudding is essentially like a french toast casserole of sorts, and with a little caramel and pecans over the top, it is amazing! They also feature Collectivo coffee, which those familiar with the Milwaukee area will immediately recognize. It is a little bitter for my taste, but many people adore it. Lunch wise, I have only tried the Salads, which are a tad pricey for what they are, but are not a bad option for a somewhat healthy lunch. The Athens salad with Feta is my personal fav, followed by the Cashew chicken salad, which has a very interesting contrast of flavors with the dressing they use. I would give this place 4.5 stars if Unilocal allowed me a half star option, as the food here has always been great and it is far more unique than your typical Wisconsin breakfast joint serving up omelettes with hashbrowns and toast. Not that there is anything wrong with that, as nobody loves greasy spoon joints as much as I do, but originality and unique flavor profiles score big points with me. Lastly, they do offer take away service if you need quantity of certain items if you are needing to take something for an event, pot luck, etc. This is expensive, but it will save you in a pinch if you are lazy and don’t feel like preparing something of your own. Just call them a day or two in advance. I took a tray of bread pudding to one of my marathon cram sessions for my graduate degree and I made some friends among classmates in a big hurry.

Stopped in as we drove through town. Good spot for brunch. I was happy to see they have local-ish roasted coffee and good beer and wine on the menu. The vegetarians in our group were able to find some good options. The waitress clued me in to an off-menu item called the breakfast enchilada which was too big for me to finish but delicious. All of the bakery items looked beautiful.

Love the nontraditional breakfast options. Whenever we came into town we made it a thing to come here often. Love the little café vibe and the staff is just so sweet!

Stopped here with my brother for lunch on our way from Green Bay to Madison. Wanted something besides the usual fast food Oshkosh options so based on the good Unilocal reviews we stopped here. First the GOOD: –coffee(colectivo) was great –cheesy potato side was good. Basically hash browns cooked with cheese. Good stuff –atmosphere was nice, laid-back, warm and welcoming. –service was fine. No complaints. Everyone seemed nice. Some regulars were at a table next to us and our server was chatting with them a lot The Not So Good: Overall the food and soup was just not that good. Brother had the beer cheese soup and a philly sandwich. I had the wild rice veggie soup and the Eden? Chicken sandwich. Everything and we both agreed just was weird and not good. Hate to say it as I dug the atmosphere and coffee but wouldn’t recommend this place.

This place is a great little diner. Not a high-end coffee shop, specifically, but their drip brew is made very well and this morning they had a couple roast options on tap. I asked for the lightest roast they had and it was delicious. I also ordered what may be one of the best Tuna Salad sandwiches I’ve ever had. I was just driving through and am really glad I found this place

The food was amazing and unique. And they have Alteras coffee which is the best. There breakfast menu is small but it doesn’t need to be big.

An awesome café in Oshkosh. I went for breakfast. They have an excellent variety of coffee drinks, serving Collectivo Coffee. The cornbread pancakes are outstanding, served with a choice of fruit salad. The staff is very friendly and personable. Their lunch menu looked very good as I saw many health conscious items. I definitely recommend Pilora’s Café. I’ll be back any time I visit Oshkosh.

Beer Cheese Soup… Awesome! Edens Burger was a pleasant combination of flavors, served with kettle chips. Triple Layer Carrot Cake melted in my mouth. First time eating there, and it made me a permanent customer. I felt like I got my money’s worth, and I will be returning.
