My family and I love this place! Way better then the other Chinese restaurant in town I think by far. Yeah the customer service isn’t the best but the food is always consistent and great. We will still come here no matter what.

Super yummy & authentic. I was scared to try this place because of the gun shots in the Windows but I was pleasantly surprised(: this is my new go to Chinese spot. Plus the lunch specials are a great deal! I love the beef, fried rice, chow mein and soups(:

Food was worse than what is at a mall food court. Everything that was fried was dripping in oil, ordered a soda and there was a white ring of something in the glass told them and then they asked if it was a problem with it. I said yes they did nothing. Will never go back and would not recommend it to anyone.

The first time I’ve eaten there, the food was decent. The second time it was a total disaster! The orange chicken tasted extremely bitter and old. I don’t recommend this place at all. You’ll have better luck at Panda Express than this place.

Lucky Jin has becoming a much better restaurant since Margaret and her husband became the new owners. People still seem to be afraid to go there, though. There’s nothing to be afraid of now. Good food, large portions, reasonably priced… Oh, a word of advice. If you’re going to order the Wor Wonton Soup, make sure you are HUNGRY. It is huge.

I live out of town yet came to visit some relatives and was pleasantly surprised! After reading the horrible reviews, I needed to write about our great experience. To start we ordered a LARGE variety of food since their were so many of us, so we expected a wait. We actually didn’t wait long and had my 14 month old with us. No meltdowns = Enjoyable ambiance! It is in a strip mall so I expected the environment. The male seating us and female seemed nice, they weren’t the most social, but I was there to eat not make friends. We started with the Chicken Salad and a double order of Potstickers. THEYWEREBOTHGONEINSECONDS! They were really tasty and the potstickers were not greasy at all. We then ordered Green Beans with Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Vegetable Chow Mein, Chicken Fried Rice, and a Spicy Garlic Chicken. The Chow Mein wasn’t amazing, the noodles were a little thick and didn’t have too much flavor, the Spicy Garlic Chicken was a little too Saucy for my liking but the rest in the group liked it. The rest of our dishes were REALLY Yummy!!! The Sesame Chicken was probably the best I have ever had! I live in the Bay Area and have eaten a lot of Chinese Food in my day. Needless to say, it was really really good! I didn’t think to take pictures at the time and really wish I would have. This isn’t the last time we will be eating there. So I will take some next time! Are bill didn’t seem unreasonable. I will say while we were eating there were about 15 to go orders that came in. So others really must like it too!

This place is awful! It’s ran by the owners a man and a woman, both extremely rude. They somehow get food stamps even though they own a buisness… And buy everything for their restaurant from food maxx on food stamps.(Family member works there and sees them) So everything they sell is pretty much 100% profit. Food is disgusting and over priced the only thing I like is their BBQ pork fried rice. I wish tong fong low would deliver!!!

They give u baby portions and charge 2 much and on the way out we killed a cockroach but the food was ok won’t go back rude customer service unless you frequent and she knew you by name. Oh I almost forgot we ordered hot tea and all of our cups were full of «dirt» we’ll say.

My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and were looking for some good Chinese food… I guess now we know where not to go for next time. The dining room is very gloomy and outdated, the didn’t even have one light turned on. I got the Kung pao chicken lunch special, which was supposed to include soup, an appetizer, and rice. The soup was completely unedible, I’m not even sure what it was supposed to be. For an appetizer I was brought a plate with like 6 of those fried crispy things that go on top of the soup, except they were soggy and coated in sugar… our iced waters came from the sink faucet. As for the main course, both of our entrees tasted like seafood… and they were both supposed to be chicken but were clearly made from two different types of meat. The waitress asked why we didn’t like it and have a lousy«sorry» as she dropped off the check. I will not be as to eat Chinese food again for a while…

I have been here so many times because my friend loves it. It’s always such blah blah food. Fried rice is white rice with a tiny bit of soy sauce. Sweet and sour chicken is breaded and fried and always soggy. Service is atrocious very much«why are you here wasting my time?»

First time at the restaurant. Atmosphere: really fancy and clean in the restaurant but exterior would make you think otherwise at first glance. The restaurant isn’t really big but its not cramped either. Service: only one waiter and waitress. Waitress could smile more to match her customer service but hey, thats how a lot of asian restuarants are. Menu: Very nice selection of chinese and japanese cuisine. From peking duck to sushi. Wait time: the place was empty when me and my friend went in and it took a little while to get our food. I’m usually a REALLY patient person when waiting for my food to come but in this case it was a bit different because there were hardly anyone there. Minus some points for that. Food: Everything was delicious and fresh. I ordered shrimp chow fun hot off the frying pan. My friend ordered the special plate #2 which consisted of fried rice, chow mein, and sweet and sour…(forgot) and(seperate order) the sushi. The sushi was nicely garnished and felt really fresh. Price: Its about the same price as tong fong low. Full course meals are usually greater than 7 $ depending on if you order chinese or japanese. Overall: my first experience here was great! I’ll be coming here again in the future :)

Sad… The BEST soup I have ever had, but the service ruins this place. IT’s like you are taxing them. I have been here 2 times just cause the soup was so good the 1st time. Yes it is over-priced food. The food is decent. It seems he has good recipies but bad ingirideints like the chicken being fatty etc. The taste is there though. So much tallent — wasted. And the service. Oh my… I don’t know what to say. when you walk in he(the kid) asked us for TOGO? Like acted as if he didn’t want us there. which he didn’t as he never refilled my overpirced coke. He sat litterally on the other side of the room on his computer… Just sad. Worst service ever. and by I assume the owners! This place won’t be there long. They need serious customer training, buy quality meats, and roll! They have it in them for awesome food! Just a case of bad attitude killing your business… I won’t be back.

3 items = $ 30 Lemon Chicken looked good, but tasted old & totally dried out, impossible to eat. Must be made in advance & microwaved to order? Mongolian Beef was fairly edible but lacked any spice & used half pulverized cheap cuts. Vegetable Chow Mein had a few fresh veggies in it, mostly greasy brown noodles. Dining room is plain, worn, & stuffy, no ambiance whatsoever. Staff was present and polite.

Was alright, not good enough for the price. Tasted like mall food court chinese. Glad we were only there for lunch and didn’t waste more money for dinner.
