Horrible horrible horrible, when the driver toured my vehicle he told me there was 100 tow few, the next morning I called to pick my vehicle up off of the lot and they informed me that it was a 200 dollar fee and the mistake was on my end and that there driver wouldn’t tell me that, on top of that the lady on the phone was very rude and condescending, lucky I will not have to deal with these people again

Had a car towed that I was buying from Oroville to Chico. The dispatcher was nice, she gave me a decent quote for a Sunday afternoon. The driver was there within 30 mins (it was pretty rural) he hooked up the car and did a great job and was overall and very nice and professional guy. The car is very low and he made sure it didn’t scrape. 10⁄10 great job and would use again if needed.

Had a car break down on the 4th of July, they responded promptly, met me at a restaurant for the keys, towed the car to Braun’s repair (which I also reviewed, good repair shop), and put it inside the garage until some could look at it their next working day. Very easy to work with.

Lock my keys in my truck and called Browers out to help! Whoever answered the phone was very courteous and told me they would be out within 20 minutes. Not only was the driver out in less than 20 minutes he had my door open and telling me a funny story about the last call in less than 20 minutes.
He used this bladder device to wedge between the door window frame and the body to separate them enough to us a long rod to hit the door switch. This is a much better method than the old «slim Jim» which seen to do more damage than good.
Excellent service, hope I will never need them again, but if I do they will get the business.
