Had lunch here and the food was excellent. Had chicken fajitas and they were hot and fresh. Service from Yezman was outstanding as he really took his job seriously. Food is very reasonably priced and will definitely come back.

Good food, good service, convenient location! I had the shrimp nachos, super tasty and came fast to the table. The menu is wide here with some nice lunch specials. It’s not a super spectacular Mexican joint, but it is clean, with good food, and nice staff.

Don Pepper’s was a delight. The facility itself was nice (and large) and not overly stuffed with tables and chairs. The food was very tasty, and the prices reasonable. This is a good Mexican restaurant and we would definitely go back.

Good food served quickly. We all cleaned our plates– from the shrimp to the steak and the chimichanga we a enjoyed our meals! And there was only a 5 minute wait! Our waiter didn’t speak a lot of English but he was very attentive and kept refilling our waters.

First visit was great, good food and everything. Second one was ok — they seated me next to huge group of people where was very noisy and the waitress took my order after almost 25 minutes and the same thing with payment (there was another place where was a lot quietly). But third time… They gave me burito after 5 minites from microwave… (the plate was very hot and meal unfortunetaly cold)…

I’d certainly go back if i was in the area. Decent sized restaurant meant we were seated quickly on a Saturday night. Food came out promptly and everyone finished their meals without complaint. A lot of food for the price, particularly the queso bowl. I’d be back for the happy hour buy one get one specials alone.

I went by myself for margarita because the hotel I was staying at highly recommended them. The bartender’s service was the best I’ve ever received. He was attentive, friendly, and fast. He recommended drinks and food since it was my first time. The fajitas were fantastic, just like he promised! It’s not the great value or quality of food that will bring me back, it’s his service. Absolutely fantastic!

The steak fajitas are so-​so. The meat was a little over-​cooked and they don’t include guac??? I had read the post concerning tomatoes and was going to respond as this is the difference between authentic Mexican and Americanized but their was an odd acidity which is an indication that they aren’t timing it correctly. All that said, I wouldn’t say they were bad just so-​so.

Food was great. Chips came warm and fresh to the table. Salsa was yum. Real Mexican food. Waiter was attentive. Order was at our table in less than 15 minutes. I’m so stuffed. Can’t see why I would give it anything less than 5.

The worst bar experience ever!!! I asked Jasmine for a specific top shelf margarita but was made a cheap one with triple sec, cheap tequila,& sour mix but what I had ordered was made with Grand Marnier, silver herradura tequila, agave nectar,& fresh lime juice. When she made it & tried to pass it off to me & I called her out on «that is not my margaritas» she was pissy & ignored me the rest of the night. We had to ask the manager to make our drinks. We will never go there again!!! Go to Ll a Fiesta!!!

Wow, this place is fantastic! Love the food and service was very good. This has made the short list of my regular haunts.
I came with a group of 13 and service was fast. The menu was full of yummy items. The recommendation was spot on. The flounder covered in shrimp was awesome! Very spicy.

We come in town for a week every October and have made Peppers one of our regular spots. The margarita selection is great and the food is good. The service is a little slow when they are busy, but always friendly. ((The servers anyway…))
We definitely like lunch here better than dinner. The food seems to come out faster and warmer. In summary– great for lunch, good for dinner.
My only complaint is that the bartender that looks like a JWoww wannabe is a HUGE bitch. I’m not usually one to single out someone like that, but she was absolutely the rudest service person I’ve ever encountered in my life. She messed up our margarita order and then acted like she shouldn’t have to fix it.
Other than that, we love it here and will definitely continue to return when we are in Daytona!

super fast service!
My husband and I drove around for a couple hours trying to find a good date night place to eat. Everyone on beach side was packed and we were starting to say screw it and go home when we stumbled upon this restaurant.
We were so hungry by the time we got there and couldn’t be happier when the server came and took our orders right away. To our surprise, our food was done within 15 minutes and tasted amazing! It was fresh, hot, and lots of food for our money. We left feeling stuffed, satisfied, and giddy that we found a great new restaurant to come to.
Will visit again!
