Cycle of crazy, Broken systems, and communications. Packages are an important part of my life. I use parcel track app to track packages from multiple carriers. Noticed UPS package was out for delivery but was not completed. Called UPS. Asked what happened. No apartment number. Gave them my apartment number, they agreed to send out again. Two days later. Received a call from UPS. I was told apartment number was added to my package. Maybe the package is in the pod and not on the truck but still should be able to get the package. The next day. Checked ParcelTrack again. No change in package status. Called UPS. No apartment number. Told him since the apartment number fails to be able to be added to this package why don’t I just come and pick it up myself. Deal. Two more days later. I call UPS just To make sure the package will be there when I arrive. I have to wait until afternoon. Fine. Afternoon comes. I’m at Customer service. Guess what? Package not there. Explain the sordid tale again to customer service. Problem is, no apartment number. I asked them to please add it. They say I have to call because they are not able to add it. I told them I’ve called twice already and it’s still not added. So I call customer service. Told him i called twice already to add my apartment number. And I’m at UPS now and they can’t add it. Package MIA. He says he did add it and it should be delivered tomorrow. I don’t even remember what’s in the package at this point. Just surprise me.. . #keephopealive

I work for this company and it pains me to say this… but every time I have to go to customer counter it’s the same grueling experience. Not enough staff to handle the customers. It’s very slow. Customers are always having trouble finding where to drop off packages. Customer Counter is literally hidden in the back of the building. I can not tell you how many times I have been stopped when walking through the employee parking lot and asked«Where the heck do I drop off my package?» Customers also accidentally try to drop off where the Brown trucks and Semi’s enter at security check point. It is VERY confusing for people who have never been there before. If there’s a Ups store closer to you, I would suggest that over the Customer counter at the Hub.

Called on a Saturday and they told me I could pass by to pick up my package. I stopped by and when I get there they tell me I can’t pick it up until Monday. I go back on Monday and they tell me they can’t find my package! They check the tracking system and it said its in their building but the retards can’t find it anywhere! The worst service I’ve ever received from ups!!!
