The service really wasn’t too great when we walked in. It took us a while to get seated and even longer to get a waiter but when we finally did he was awesome and the food was so delicious! All of the ingredients were so fresh. My little guy got to make his own pizza which was so cute!!! I highly recommend this place if you’re in town.

Great food! Good price! It’s hard to choose a good place when on vacation but this establishment was one of the best throughout the trip.

We got delivery and it was not anything to brag about. Waited an hour for our food and when it got here it was cold and soggy… I ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. They forgot the bacon. The tomato wasn’t ripe and had a stem in it. And the avocado was black. Gross. I don’t normally write bad reviews but don’t do delivery from here.

I absolutely love this place! Every time I visit Orlando I book in a hotel in this area just so I can eat here. The pizza, drinks, and desserts are amazing, and the prices are reasonable given the quality of food. I wish they had one of these down in South Florida, where I live.

I’m from California and this place is great, the service was excellent considering that it was passed 12am. I ordered a medium número uno and Cassie bumped it up to a large! Hope to be back soon

I had an amazing experience with this place. We went with a group of friends and I was the only one with an extra page. We were joking about the secret menu. As I placed the order, the server didnt say anything but then later came back and said the item was discontinued, they took that page out but they missed this menu. So I placed another order. Later the manager, I think, came with two pizza, they made the discotinued pizza anyway for me. The other order was placed already so if I want I can have two. So we split the extra pizza among friends. was happy with just that. As an apology for the confusion, I was offered dessert. Woo hoo. The food actually really good. The artichoke pizza is the bomb. Will come again.

Customer Service is missing at Uno’s. We came here on Cinco De Mayo, to avoid the crowds at the busier spots on I-Drive and anything latin that would cause delays in food, higher prices or rushed service. We made a mistake. From the beginning we had all the signs. Walked up to a LINE out the door of people waiting to be seated. Mind you, no cars in the parking lot, restaurant is empty, it was the confusion of the hostess in seating. Beyond that, we weren’t greeted with a smile, a hello, just a «how many?» «Ok right this way». We waited a bit before having a server greet us outside and take our drink orders. Tim, the waiter was friendly at first, offered suggestions and we took one, ordered a margarita to just ‘celebrate’ the day. Ordered also the Pizza Skins(potato skins in a pizza, pretty delicious). The margarita came out and… BUG! A fly in the margarita glass. So again, we press the button to have a waiter come, Tim, or anyone… 10 minutes. Before finally another waiter, who was training someone, stopped by. Instead of a «i’m sorry» he responds«but, that’s protein!»… I get it, he’s trying to be funny, but after our long wait, our expressions, follow up with an apology. They replace the drink and the meal continues. Can’t complain. Food was great. Good pizza, filling toppings, delicious, kudos on the food. The manager, Jillian, stops by, says she is taking the drink off, she’s sorry, etc. real good. We’re now happy at this point, moving on with the evening. Then the check comes. It includes the drink, which was supposed to be removed. Tim, the waiter, explains«yeah, we took off the drink with the bug and charged you for the one we remade»… Really… At this point I was lost, how could that make sense? Wow. We explain to Tim that his manager came by and was taking it off. Tim leaves, comes back and confirms«no, she meant the one with the bug, you’ll have to pay for the other one». Mind you, we didn’t even drink it as we lost interest. I voiced my concern and asked to speak to the Manager. Tim leaves and comes back and hands the new check«here, I took it off.» I explain that I still wanted to speak to his Manager, the response I get is: «Well maybe it was a misunderstanding» I ask if she is going to come by and he tells me «no»… WOW! Not even going to come back and speak to the patrons… We pay and begin to leave. On the way out Jillian, the manager is standing w/the hostess in the empty restaurant and tells us «Sorry again», my fiancé asks, «why couldn’t you come by the table» and Jillian ignores this and says, «Have a GGRRREAT night» in a very sarcastic tone. We will never return. What a bad level of customer service. No level of food, good, great or amazing will tempt me to return. AVOID unless you like to be treated bad.

I went to this restaurant not knowing what to expect. Having grown up in New York and loving New York pizza, I had always wanted to try Chicago-style pizza but never had the chance. Even though this place was in Orlando, I figured I would try their Chicago-style pizza. I really enjoyed every minute of my dining experience at Uno Pizzeria & Grill. The service was one of the best I have ever had and the pizza was filling and delicious. I will always favor New York pizza over any other pizza any day, but the pizzas here are really good. I would definitely come back again.

This is the first place I’ve ever had Chicago style pizza and its the best thing ever. I’m from New York and I know good pizza and this is amazing. I was skeptical about trying their multi-grain pizza dough at first but it was better than expected. I look forward to coming to Orlando just so I can stop here.

We decided to stop here for dinner between visiting the attractions at the I 360 plaza, since my daughter had never had a deep dish pizza. We got there late in the afternoon, and had the place to ourselves. The interior is dark and quiet with a nice feel. It wasn’t long before we were seated at a booth and the waitress was there to take drink orders. In spite of the fact that their internet site advertised happy hour, there was none. I don’t know if it was because it was Friday, but I have a problem with advertising something that isn’t offered. I opted for the Windy City Hurricane, a mix of Southern Comfort, Bacardi Superior Rum, Myers’s Dark Rum, orange and pineapple juices. It was tall and refreshing. One hint — be sure to stir it as much as you can, which is a bit difficult in a hurricane glass. They must have poured the juice in first and then floated the rum on top. The first two thirds of the drink(using the straw) was only mildly alcoholic, the last third was like drinking fruit flavored shots. For our pizza, we ordered a regular size, «do it yourself.» We had Italian sausage, chicken and artichoke hearts. It took a long time to come out, probably 20 min. On the good side, the pizza was delicious, it had big chunks of meat and artichokes, as opposed to the more traditional crumbles. The not so good part was that $ 20 is an awful lot for a pizza for two. While the food was good, because of the prices, I doubt that we’ll go back.

Wanted a true deep dish pizza so we decided to try UNO. We had the Numero UNO. Excellent! Absolutely loved this pizza. This location was also a great place to dine. Very good atmosphere & service was good for early Friday night. They also had ½ price appetizers that were very good as well. We will be back.

A HUGE fan of Uno’s. I always get the same exact thing, 1. Shrimp & Crab Fondue &2. The Shroom, both are«PHENOMENAL» & were at this location. However, this was the«WORST» service we’ve «EVER» received @ Uno’s!!! This place is located in the heart of the tourist area of Orlando & was practically empty on a Friday eve, around 5ish. & service was still nonexistent! We had to take our own drinks to the bar«SEVERAL» for refills. Uno’s usually always get a 5 star rating from me, but not this one? However, this is a nice location & food was«GREAT!»

Went here for the first time while visiting Orlando on vacation. There are several other restaurants located in/around this area like your standard chains such as Long Horn and other places like various hibachi restaurants and steak houses. My fiancé and I wanted to try something new so we took this place for a spin. The place was kept very well, we were promptly greeted by a very friendly hostess and surprisingly seated as soon as we walked in(7pm on a Saturday in this very busy tourist side of town). The menu was kind of confusing and it took a second to see that clearly only a small portion of their menu was pizza. There is like maybe 10 to choose from. They come in personal, medium and large sizes. The menu also consists of various pastas, random seafood, and some steaks and stuff like that. My fiancé ordered a small pan, it was maybe 6 – 8 inch diameter deep dish. I, per the servers recommendation, ordered the rattlesnake pasta. The description she and the menu provided made it sound irresistible. However, to my disappointment it was very basic Alfredo littered with a bunch of jalapeños. It wasn’t bad if Alfredo and jalapeño is your thing, but that’s about all it offered in terms of flavor. The pizza in my opinion tasted like deep dish diogornio. Final tab price was 34.36 for these two dishes and two unsweet teas. The service was excellent though but I don’t see myself venturing here again for the price you have to pay.

This is a great place for dinner! I enjoyed a sandwich with caramelized vegetables and French fries. The sandwich was perfect and the fries well seasoned. My fiancé says the pizza is amazing. The server was very attentive. Tip: Get your margarita on the rocks. Frozen is more like a snow cone.

This was my first time to try Uno. I was excited bc this was my first time trying a Chicago Deep Dish pizza. However, Uno wasn’t what I expected. I went with a group of 7 ppl. We started by ordering appetizers. We ordered BBQ Boneless Chicken, Buffalo Wings, and the Shrimp Dip. The Boneless wings were really good, the chicken wings were very good, and the crab dip was just ok. The dip wasn’t as good as I have tried at other places. To me the shrimp and sauce didn’t blend well. It was like a cream sauce with shrimp added. Like the shrimp was just thrown in but didn’t quite go. The shrimp also had a fishy(seafoody taste). It just wasn’t that great! For dinner between the 7 of us we ordered Shrimp Scampi, Bacon Cheeseburger, Numero Uno with Chicken Instead of pepperoni & sausage, Plain Boneless chicken wings & fries, and pan size sausage deep dish pizza. Overall, the presentation of the food was pretty good but lacked flavor and taste. The bacon cheeseburger lacked seasoning and was dry. I shared the Número uno pizza with my mom. The crust was really good. It seemed like it baked the crust all the way through, but didn’t heat the bottom of the inside of the pizza up. The top was browned and the cheese was melted but the veggies were on the bottom and they barely seemed heated. They were almost in their raw state. Overall, uno wasn’t horrible but i have definitely had better pizza. I won’t be in a rush to go back.

Don’t waste your time. Would’ve probably picked the other Chicago style pizza place down the street. Our first pizza was doughy and somewhat raw in the inside. Way too many onions and uncooked pepperoni. We told them as we couldn’t even eat it. They made another. The other one was cooked more but seriously lacking in flavor. Pepperoni a were somewhat uncooked and the dough was not crisp but rather doughy no flavor and dry and chewy. Not sure how someone actually accomplished that feat. We had the chips and guacamole while waiting for pizza. It was fine but someone sprinkled a little too much cumin on the chips and inside the guacamole. On a good note, great service and the bartender was friendly and attentive in a non annoying way. He was pleasant and clearly enjoyed his job and took ownership of the bar. The other bartender, a woman, was very nice and wanted to help with our pizza situation. The manager came over and asked what he can do but we are not ones to complain and we didn’t ask for any discounts. We don’t mind paying for food we eat but we are a little disappointed in the food quality. We have been to other Uno’s and they have always been really good in flavor and service.

After a really eventful day at Magic Kingdom we were looking for late night restaurants around the Orlando area. We were pleasantly surprised with stumbling upon Uno. The menu has a lot of various entrees but we were looking for something pretty simple but not fast food. We settled for the burgers and they were pretty decent. If you’re looking for a late night full service restaurant you should check them out.
