Vibonati Restaurant & Pizzeria

Immediately came to our take to take our orders, and cashed us out. Cute little place but It’s been 40 min we still haven’t received our food. I’m pretty much finished drinking my drink and ready to go.

Pizza was not very good, if you want to tske a chance get extra sauce. Seems to be trying to male pizza, but haven’t done a very good job

The hamburger was awful. It was a frozen piece of cardboard, reheated. The bun it was on was delicious.
I was honest with them when they asked how it was. They didn’t seem to care.

They have caprese slices, which is tough to find! It’s not a true caprese, but still tasty.
Good lunch special. 2 specialty slices and a soda for $ 6.

Stopped by for a quick bite on a busy day for me not for this place. Came in and it did not impressed me at all. Two employees who didn’t greet me when I walked in. It is a «pizzeria «but they have gyros, baklava and even spanish dishes… in my opinion they should concentrate on one specialty and make it great. They have too many things going on and nothing looks or sounds appetizing, I actually order one slice of pepperoni pizza, way to greasy and way too much garlic butter. I tried to remove the most I could but not all came out and that garlic taste was overpowering, not good at all. Interesting they have a sign of Stella but they do not sell beer. The counter where the cash register is needs to be cleaned and clear all the clutter they have and please, please clean the glass where you keep the pizza. I will not come at least until they make changes and clean this place a bit.

Don’t waste your time. My husband and I ordered dinner to pick up. When he got there to pick it up, they tried to charge him double then what the menu said. They told him they changed the prices yesterday and wouldn’t honor the menu we received on our door 3 days ago. Worst customer service ever and we will never order anything from there again. Needless to say we ordered dinner from another place. I would give zero stars if I could. One last comment… it is 2014, you should have used spell check when writing your menu.

Gross gross gross. The pizza dough was raw. The cheese was disgusting. Waste of money!!! Had to ask for drinks when food came out without them. No one of the 4 people at our table finished their meals

Pizza IS amazing! only problem is there is a guy there that always has a attitude doesn’t smile or greet the customer is your life that bad that you can’t even smile

This place was awesome! Ordered from them for the first time and couldn’t have had a better experience. The guys were so nice. Got two small pizzas one customed for my fiancé and the other the 4 different specialty pizzas in one. Loved them both! garlic knots were a little heavily seasoned but yummy all the same. Amazing crust.

Dont waste your time and/​or your money. This place was the worst! Long wait times for nothing special at all. I have half italian, my mother was a full blood so I grew up on italian food. Italian would never give anyone Burnt on the outside raw in the middle pizza dough. It also doesn’t take 45 mins to cook fresh pasta. Which ended up being very mushy! The sauce had a funky taste to it.
Staff seemed not to care, she spent more time filling the soda case then taking care of our order.
I would give this place –10 stars!

The pasta was mushy. I understand making things to order and I would have not mind waiting if the food was actually good. It was not good at all! All you are doing is making excuses for BAD food. Your oven must be off because It was burnt & raw at the same time. I have been making Stromboli for years and years. I would have loved for you to meet my mother as she would have been able to tell you to your face that your restaurant and your customer service needs much improvement. Sadly you would need a medium to talk to her, she passed on 5 years ago.
Like I said already NO Italian would have ever left their customers leave with BURNT FOOD!!! NEVER!!!

Horrible. 45 minutes for a stromboli. No apologies. Then I get back and the bottom is burnt and the dough is raw in the middle. The pasta berenjena parmigiana was all basil and no anything else. Tons of excuses from it being late, to the oven not working… «we check every order, except yours». Should have known when it took over 20 minutes to clean the table in the middle when no one was actually working

They very accommodating for my brother and his fiancée for their rehearsal dinner. They were a bit behind on the drinks, but overall the food did come out hot and delicious. The rest of the night the service was great.
The owners kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Even created a new chicken dish for us to try. It was delicious.
For being my first time they did great job for a group of 20 people. Hopefully they will get more business with this post. They are growing and still learning but those growing pains are not that noticeable if you are not looking for them.
I will definitely will be coming back especially for the pizza and chicken dish!

This place is an absolute waste of time… They thrive on telling customers that they’re cheese is Italian and authentic, it’s BS. I went in there earlier and the day time supposed manager (skinny Hispanic female) was by far the rudest, unprofessional, laziest fast food manager I have ever encountered. I ordered a lunch special and the slices were cold and proceeded to asked if they could be warned up. The manager instantly caught an attitude and stated that she would not warm up, refund or gimme a new slice. You have lost my business as well as the business of the whole surgical floor at dr Phillips hospital.
