I called ahead and reserved a trailer and picked it up two hours later. It was ready to go and all I had to do was finish up the paperwork and pay. Mike was the employee who helped me and he was actually funny to work with… a sense of humor and he got me in and out of there quickly with everything I needed. When we returned with the trailer the check in process was equally as easy and speedy. Mike was there again and remembered us. All of the staff seemed to work well together and have a sense of humor. They got our trailer ready quickly and got us out of there equally as quickly. If I ever need another trailer… which I hope I don’t any time soon (lol!) I will come to this location even if it is a bit out of the way since I know the people working there treat customers well.

I’ve only been here to get a propane tank filled and they come out quick and fill it right away. Nice guys they always seem to be busy with trucks coming and going.

Picking up your truck that you reserved is a nightmare. It took over 45 minutes in line to finally pick up the truck. The guy running the counter complained that there were not enough employees. On a Sunday, when the rental time is limited it sucks to have to use one of the rental hours standing in line to even get the truck. The truck was a standard U-haul beater. When returning the truck, it’s a very different story because the guys want to go home so they check you out fast. Funny how that works when it’s their time they are worried about. Save yourself the trouble and money, get a Penske truck at your local Home Depot. We just did that and saved ourselves $ 50.
