Zaxby’s

There was a young lady working her name was gail very pretty girl she was so nice and sweet she was a great help. I usually come to zaxby’s all the time but she has great customer service.

Hadn’t had Zaxby’s in years but happened to be in town and was happy to see this place. Was as good as I remember, for fast food. The chicken tasted very fresh as well as the fries. Friendly staff and a clean environment which is always nice, especially in a college town. Food came out quickly unlike other peoples experiences here.

I had a free Meal Dealz card for signing up for their mailing list. I got a nibblerz meal and they let me upgrade my drink to a large so my total was only $ 0.21.
I had to wait for about twenty minutes to order and get my food but my meal was practically free and I wasn’t in a rush so it wasn’t a big deal to me. My food was piping hot and accurate so the wait was worth it. Just be aware this location can get pretty busy for lunch if you’re in a crunch for time.

This was my first time at Zaxby’s. I just wanted to see why this restaurant is appearing everywhere in Orlando. The environment was country homey-​ish with some Duck Dynasty décor here and there. It was pretty clean inside. The girl at the counter had such a soft voice that I couldn’t hear her. I had to lean very close. She really shouldn’t work behind the counter. She was nice though.
I ordered the Big Zax Snak Meal. I was excited to see 3 chicken fingers, zaxby sauce, fries and a texas toast. The chicken fingers were standard chicken fingers. The breading wasn’t special, but it was crisp. The zaxby sauce is like thousand island with a bit of sriracha. I didn’t think it was a match with the chicken fingers. I do enjoy the texas toast but it’s nothing that I can’t buy myself at the grocery store. All in all, the food was just meh. There was nothing special enough for me to go back to try.
They do have the cool soda machine where you can make all sorts of flavored soda such as lime coke, orange coke, vanilla coke… etc. That would be my only plus.

On a recent trip to Zaxbys we order 2 of the Wings and things. Plentiful amount of food and tasted relatively good for FAST FOOD. We asked for an extra sauce after we ordered and lady refused to give us 1 sauce without charging us .25 cents. They gave us RANCH and we do not eat ranch. Cashier wasn’t friendly but the food tasted good. Next time I would go to 4 Rivers Smokehouse even-​though prices may be a tad more expensive because their service is remarkable and much more inviting atmosphere!

Zaxbys makes the calories worth it. It is one of the few fast food places I feel that way about. Their chicken tenders are done well, their fries are always perfectly seasoned, and their garlic bread/​toast is buttery goodness. Plus, dipping anything in that zaxbys sauce is an automatical winner. Again, it is fast food… so health nuts beware. But if you are going to splurge with food, the taste makes this one worth it. I cannot speak about the healthier options here, because I don’t go here for them. I do however recommend the chicken platter to anyone deciding on what to get here. Just know they charge you an extra 25 cents if you ask for extra sauce.

Poor service! Food was burnt, over 30 minutes to get it. When we finally did it was wrong, then another 10 minutes to get some over cooked chicken.

Second time here, prices are decent, food pretty good for fast food. The sauce they put on their wings is pretty good. Their fries are a lot like Sonnys, their onion rings are like steak and shake. They didn’t offer many sides which they really need to do.
Took a while to get our wings and fingers, about 20 minutes. They need to have napkins on the tables as we had to keep going to the soda machine for more and more. The tables are odd it’s like it’s too far away from the benches, so you have to hunch over to get your food.
Have to be in a chicken kind of mood to go there. Basically your whole party will have to want chicken of some kind.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the food here. I ordered the platter that has both chicken fingers and hot wings. Both were very good and I have to consider myself a fan of Zaxby’s. I try the hot wings and chicken fingers at just about every place that servers it. I had high expectations because they are the only major items on the menu and I was not disappointed.
My only reservations are that the wing sauce was a bit thin and runny, but overall the size was good, and the flavor was right on. The chicken fingers have just the perfect amount of seasoning to give flavor without too much spice.
I recommend this place to anyone who likes southern style fried goodness and hot wings.

They are great! I love their sandwiches and their chicken tenders, not to mention their Zak sauce. They have a lot of options on the menu which I’m looking forward to trying.

Whats there not to like about this place? It’s quick, all chicken, and deep fried goodness (unless you get it grilled)!
I ordered the Zaxby’s Club sandwich with fries, extra Zaxby sauce, and a 22oz drink for exactly $ 8.00. It’s a little bit on the expensive side for the fast food category, but I must say it was pretty tasty! One thing I noticed about the sandwich was that the chicken tenders inside were very moist and well… tender! The extra Zaxby sauce I got was also well worth the 25 cents.
I’ll definitely stop by here again to try their baskets once I’m done exploring the other restaurants in the area. This is a good place to stop for lunch if you are in around the UCF area.

I love this place’s fried chicken strips and «boneless» chicken wings! The sauces that they have to chose from to wet your chicken strips/​wings/​boneless wings, are awesome! The Customer service here is awesome too! The only problem is, is that unless you get one of their specially priced «meal deals», which comes with a 22oz drink, you will unfortunately have to pay seperately for drink! Therefore, just get the meal deal and call it a day on your college wallet!

I loooove Zaxby’s. The new location by UCF is so much more convenient than driving out to Millenia for my zax sauce fix. The chicken tenders are fried perfectly and the wings come with a variety sauces. You can get a combo of the two or get your tenders thrown on a salad. The grilled cheese is my favorite because it comes on texas toast. The fries are crinkled and the seasoning on them is so yummy. But the best part about Zaxby’s is the zax sauce. I could probably drink it. I refrain though, and choose to dip everything in sight into it.
