Greta place until the old owner left, over priced Indian/​generic pieces. I highly would not recommend this place, as the saleswoman here said «go to the Gabibi store if you want cheap glass». Trust me, we found and it at very expensive price.

Love this place! Always leaving with lots of stuff for a super great deal! Been here several times. I always leave with what I came for plus some freebee deals! The staff are always helpful and explain everything really well. Love coming here and can’t wait to come back again! :)

Literally the worst business I’ve ever been to. walked in one day and the owner had his head down sleeping. Went on to look at some cape items and mods. you wouldn’t believe what I came to find out. He charged me $ 90 for an istick I talked him down to $ 70. I get home and the item is $ 40!!! Literally everywhere online! I was super upset but I let it go thinking I got fooled. Don’t even bother here for any vaping items. Maybe for some smokes but no electronics.

Female employee was on the phone having a conversation with what sounded like a friend.
Did not greet us, not even after she got off the phone.
Asked about the $ 300 vaporizer & she gave us wrong information on how to clean it.
Then a group of young guys that she knew came in to chat with her.
She was not being professional, cursing loudly.
Immediately after her friends left she said she has to go home so we need to «wrap it up».
So we politely left & went to discount tobacco literally one street light away & bought the $ 300 vape there. Bad experience here I recommend going to discount tobacco. They threw in a free glass pipe!

I started out there when I first started vaping, I didnt know much. After going there a few times the customer service got worse. I was sold something that didnt work with my device and was denied a refund when it wasn’t my fault. You’ll wait more then 20 minutes to get helped, employees would rather explain things to new customers then check you out which would only take 2 minutes. The owner does not care about keeping customers coming back. The vapors/​accessories are very limited, not much to choose from. I went to Only E Cigz on E. Colonial drive, that place has every and anything you need. The prices are way better too. Don’t waste your time at the tobacco spot. Lesson learned.

Nice staff, seemed very knowledgeable, all products nicely displayed. Huge selection of glass and water pipes, moderate selection of e-​cigs. Decent selection of e-​liquid.
Nice selection of vaporizers though.
I would definitely go back if I am in town again.
Store was well laid out and they have definitely put some effort into the décor.
