Had to return something and I honestly would’ve preferred help from anyone else besides Dinorah. What’s the words in looking for? Unprofessional & lack of customer service, it was a weekend and she acted like it was the end of the world. Told me with attitude she can’t accept my return, and to be honest she didn’t have a valid reason as to why. Then offered me a penny for a $ 20.00 purchase -.- but towards the end she returned it, guess she realized her mistake. Whatever, just do the store a favor, button up and change that look of disgust on your face. No one wants to see a sour face and your bra which isn’t flattering. I’m sure you’re a great person, and that day wasn’t your day? Leave it at the door, you’re there for a reason, to do your job and provide great customer service.

So I’ve been heading to HD a lot since purchasing my first house. I will say I am definitely more comfortable at HD than any of their other competitors. This location is the one I grew up at, so it’s very welcoming to me.

Did not have item in stock. Called a week later and they said it was in stock. Even showed online that it was. When I got to the store, it was not there! They told me it shows 3 in the store. They went to look for it in the back. While I was waiting, these people came over where I was trying to look at merchandise with two big stinky nasty dogs! I ended up having to leave the area. Why should I have to shop around other people’s dogs! This is not pet smart! They finally came back 30 minutes later to tell me that they could not find them. Not happy at all. Ended up having to go to low’s for non matching item.

We set out to find a Palm tree to use as our Xmas tree (my idea;) so we ended up at this Home Depot a bit away from home. The real Christmas tree selection is good although you’re going to pay at least $ 39.95 for a 6′ tree that will DIE! But an upside is they look really healthy!
In the garden department Lisa ended up helping us and she was for sure a star employee! Friendly, helpful and a fantastic representative of excellent customer service at Home Depot!!! Thank you Lisa!
