It’s really irritating to go into a place, sit down and be ignored while white people around you are served right away. I’m not saying they are racist, they just aren’t interested in serving my African American family of three. Had to call over the waiter to have our order taken. Not true for the rest of the patrons here tonight. I’m literally sitting here watching people who came in after us, like a fair chunk of time after, eating. Us? Naw, no food as of yet. Hell can freeze, thaw, flood, then freeze again; not only will I never grace this little hole in the wall again, I plan on telling everyone I know not to darken this restaurant’s door!

I always get the Yellow Curry with chicken and potatoes. It’s delicious! I’ve always had a great experience here and they normally offer a Groupon during lunch time.

The Pad Thai was the worse Pad Thai I’ve ever had the displeasure of eating 2 bites of. Ordered take-out. It was dry, absolutely no flavor & the vegetables were far from fresh. Won’t be returning.

I walked in hungry, ready to eat some good sushi. No one acknowledged us, no one took our order and after five minutes of staring at my life without any food we walked out.

This is our local go-to for Thai. The prices are inexpensive and the device is prompt. Our favorites are the tofu red curry and tofu pad Thai.

I have been to this restaurant a few times. The food is ok but their service is sooo bad. They made our dishes wrong. I told the waitress and then another guy and when I did they didn’t even care. They just stared at me and agreed lol. They didn’t offer to remake the dishes or anything. And I asked them for extra limes they are soo stingy and cheap! They do not listen, they do the bare minimum and then give you the check where they ask for a 20% tip. Yeah… riiiight! We are never going back there again.

I’m allergic to shellfish and couldn’t get the bento-box lunch without shellfish(I wanted to substitute a vegetable roll, which would actually have saved them money, compared to a California roll). They refused to edit the menu in any way to accommodate allergies. I ended up getting the pad Thai which was okay, but not really what I wanted.

My favorite Thai restaurant hands down. Love their food. They have amazing spring rolls and I’ve never been disappointed in any dish I’ve ordered. I’m suprised to see negative reviews about their service. I’ve never had a problem. They are always friendly and efficient.

HORRIBLESERVICE! Went here to eat with a friend and this place was ridiculous. We got our appetizer and then our entrée right after. We finished our appetizer, but they didn’t even take our plates and the table is small so our entrée was sticking out of the table while eating. Not once did they come to ask how we were doing, give us any napkins, or refill our water. Later, I asked for a to-go box and the check. The lady gives me the box, but not the check. I wait thinking she was going to bring it, but my friend had to ask again for the check. I put my card down and waited again. The two ladies who work there were chatting for a good two, three minutes and I kept looking back at them to take my check but they didn’t even look. So upsetting. The food was decent, but the service was bad.

I have been to this restaurant several times while in the Orlando area. Service tends to be a hit or miss, I guess depending on what time you arrive and who your server is. For the most part I haven’t had any issues with the servers except for some being forgetful(but who isn’t?). The restaurant closes for an hour at 3pm, so sometimes you feel rushed if you’re still there before 3. I love their Young Coconut Juice! Not many Thai restaurants that I go to have it; it’s always a rare gem. Their appetizer«Chicken Spring Rolls» is also another one of my favorite items off their menu. Also, can’t go wrong with their every day special, 2 for $ 5 Kirin. The sushi is not to die for, but it’s good enough for the price you pay. Some other items off their menu that I’ve had was their Chicken Satay and Red Curry with Chicken. Both were your typical plates, nothing really significant about their tastes, but still good. I’m still a frequent visitor here.

These people are not prompt at taking your food out. Two of us had to wait 40 mins for a Togo order. That’s outrageous she swiped our cards faster than ever bit food had to wait even after she said«15 mins» I think in the time I had to wait I went through two hulu episodes. At least I got to catch up on my shows.

Gave it another chance even though I had a bad experience for benefit of the doubt. Guess what. Still was upset. The lady didn’t speak English couldn’t understand what I said. Forgot I said avocados in my sushi and had to remake it. But look at their rolls of the picture I posted. There’s literally NO meat. Why do they have to be so cheap. Imagine if I didn’t add avocados?! What would have been left in there! They mess up my order every single time. I wish Waterford had another location for Thai food.

I really wish I could give this place 3 and a half stars. I’ll round it down. This place is caught in between the category of «nice restaurant» and«takeout». I was sitting and enjoying my meal when suddenly there was a line of people waiting to order take out food. I don’t mind that they do take out, but I do mind when this line is right next to my table. It really was distracting and it took away some of the nice vibes here. Aside from that, I came here about a year ago to try their«Japanese» menu. I was disappointed. But that was then. Their Thai food however was very good and I’ll give them al lot of credit for making good food. The service was a combination of good and bad. I’d rate it a C+ there too. The moment you’re done, 15 seconds later is the bill. And they check on you every minute until you pay. It feels rushed. But the service during the meal wasn’t bad. It was intriguing to have 3 different people deal with us though.

Had dinner here tonight for the first time and had a horrible experience. Service — Horrible The service was poor. It took forever for us to be greeted and have our drink order taken. We were never given napkins or utensils. The food was served to us and we waited for quite some time to see if they would bring napkins and utensils but I guess they expected us to eat with our hands. How when they brought the food they didn’t see we didn’t have those items are beyond me, we finally asked for them. They never came around to refill our drink until after we were done eating and ready to leave. Food — Horrible The noodles and chicken were watering, chewy and bland, all you tasted was watery eggs. The sushi bland buried in sesame seed that all you tasted was sesame seed.

Pad Thai tasted like noodles that had been chewed and spat back out! I’m not that harsh when it comes to restaurant establishments(because those are hard working people!!) but when you pay a decent amount for a meal, you expect at least digestible food… It was awkwardly tangy in flavor… didn’t know what it was. Poor confused Pad Thai. The Papaya Salad with shrimp was decent but came with shrimp that appeared half cooked(all of my companions agreed it was only like 70% cooked.). When I asked the waitress if she could recook it for me, she told me ”the shrimp is like that.” and walked away … ??? One doesn’t have to be a cook to have common sense about undercooked shellfish!!! I understand some meats cook due to the acidity of a brine, and if that was the goal for these shrimps, it was an epic failure. My other friend ordered a couple of sushi rolls and he was the only happy camper in our table. Overall, I would not recommend going here… unless you want sushi rolls and confused Pad Thai.

We REALLY enjoyed our meal at Thai Singha. The fried wonton appetizer was delicious as were the vegetarian spring rolls. The sauce they came with was especially flavorful. Two of our party of three got currys — mine the Panang and our daughter’s the Yellow. Both of them were also delicious. I especially liked the spicy-ness of mine. My wife did not enjoy her selection as much as we did ours — it was something with snow peas, chicken and mushrooms. Our dessert of sticky rice and Thai custard was a very nice end to a wonderful meal.

Once again I have become disappointed with another thai restaurant. My husband suggested going here the other night after I declared my craving for Thai. He orders the Pad Thai and I ordered the Green Curry. His plate turned out pretty good. It’s hard to mess up Pad Thai. However, my dish was the disappointing one. The curry was waaayyyy too spicy and thin. It lacked creaminess. The most disappointing part was the rice portion. They give you this TINY portion of rice and fill the rest of the plate up with lettuce. When I asked for more rice they said it would be $ 2.00 extra. Are you kidding me? I can buy a pound of rice for that price. No thanks.

Don’t bother. I stopped in here once before for lunch but left after waiting for a menu for almost 15 minutes. Tonight I thought I’d give it another try. Unfortunate mistake. After waiting 15 minutes tonight, I finally went up to find someone to bring water and take our order. The girl acted like she did us a favor by bringing water. We ordered beer and they brought the wrong brand. The beer mugs were hot out of the dishwasher and the bottles of beer were not very cold. Finally got our order taken at the 17 minute mark. The waiter was pleasant and got the order right. Summer rolls were weak. One small piece of chicken and they were loosely wrapped. Peanut sauce was ok but I’ve had much better. Papaya salad was warm and the coconut chicken soup was lukewarm. The Panang Curry was tasty but too sweet. Like they put sugar in it. My wife had Green Chicken Curry. Her assessment was that it was too sweet and not very flavorful. We never finished our dinner. It is the first time I have ever left food at a Thai restaurant that I could have easily taken home as leftovers. Table next to us didn’t get their order taken for at least 15 minutes. Overall assessment: EPICFAIL! Don’t bother coming here… It is a waste of money. Lousy service, lousy food.

I was in search of dinner and decided on Thai since I had not had Thai in awhile. The Happy Hour 4 – 6 pm sign(for the Sushi side) had previously caught my eye the day before so I decided to give this place a try. When I entered I was immediately greeted and asked if I wanted a table. I declined the table and ask for a menu to order take out. After a few minutes I decided on the Shrimp Lemon Grass Soup(Tom Yum Goong ?) and Triple Flavor Duck entrée. I placed my order and waited 20 – 25 minutes for it to be prepared. Once at home, I settled at the table for dinner. I’m a big fan of Tom Yum Goong and I was greatly disappointed by this Shrimp Lemon Grass soup. The soup was not the greatest — the«clear» broth had more than salt than I needed and was otherwise without much flavor. It contained 3 – 4 shrimp and a few mushroom halves; the mushrooms tasted like canned variety. It seems like something was missing… the lime maybe? The duck was better and I presume that because it was carry out they package it in two containers. In one container was the white rice with shredded cabbage and carrots and in the other was the duck covered in the tamarind chili garlic sauce. Not too bad, I would have liked it more had it been spicier(hotter). As far a quantity, although the two items together was more than I could finish in one setting(I don’t eat a lot a time), I thought it was a skimpy amount of food for the price. Anyway, the next day I tried to finish my soup but I couldn’t take the taste of the broth — instead I picked out the remaining shrimp & veggies and poured the broth down the drain. Again, the triple flavor duck was okay. For now, I give it 2 stars because I’ve truly had better with these dishes. I may or may not give it another try just to see if they are better at something else that I like.

This place was pretty good. The chicken coconut soup was excellent once I took out the green and red peppers. I had the Panang Chicken. It was excelent and the portion was HUGE. The fried chicken rolls were a bit overcooked and the spring rolls were pretty good. I would try it again. The service was excellent.
