Great place to hangout and have sometime alone or chill with friends. I love hanging out at little patio area they got. It feels very different. It can be a little noisy with cars and bikes zipping by. However, the scenery is pretty.
You gotta check it out.

Nice little Starbucks and easy to get to. It does get kind of busy but I’ve never really had a problem with it. SUPER friendly staff. Bathrooms are fairly clean and café space is great for folks looking to sip on some coffee, read a book, meet with friends or do some work on one of the tables. Would recommend this place if you need a café in the area. Sometimes the Starbucks staff comes around with new drinks and snacks which is nice.

I just wanted to say that this is the best Starbucks location here in Orlando! I was prompted greeted by Shannen and Kristen! They offer a smile every time I come in and get a coffee! They are so outgoing and this is what Starbucks stands for! KUDOS to you Shannen and Kristen!

Very friendly experience. The baristas were nice and my drink (salted caramel hot chocolate) was delicious. The wi-​fi is kinda sketch, but it was not a big deal because I didn’t come for that. Probably one of the few times I didn’t have a laptop in Starbucks. LOL

This is a nice Starbucks. The baristas are very friendly and helpful. The sitting area is large and comfortable, and the display case is very pretty. This Starbucks is in a convenient plaza and close to a lot of different stores.
I came here with a friend, and we arrived pretty late. It was about 9pm but everyone was still very cheerful. We shared a pastry (coffee cake) and they gave us a plate and utensils to use. They also warmed up the cake for us. I had a passion-​fruit hot tea and it was flavorful. My friend got a chai-​tea and seemed to enjoy it.
We ended up sitting for a long time and chatting. The baristas didn’t pressure us to leave, and were very polite the whole time. We didn’t end up leaving until almost 10pm (which is when they close), but we they didn’t try to rush us out.
Overall, this is a very clean location. It’s seating area is comfortable, and they have a nice display case. They also have friendly employees.

I read a review that said «I had to keep asking for more milk.» Well it’s easy to add (you could DIY), impossible to take out! LOL.
The patio is relaxing, nicely shaded. Great to sit and people watch (all the beautiful people in Dr. Phillips).
I read a review that said the tables were messy… It’s no reflection on the employees if you know what I mean. Clean up after yourselves Dr. Phillips people!

Not good experience. My spinach wrap was still quite cold in the middle and the tables outside were not being cleaned off. So I wet some paper towels from the bathroom to clean one off to use.

Busy location with a lot of outside seating available. The service is good and drinks were also good. This location is very convenient to multiple other shops and restaurants. I prefer this location to the others in the area.

I always come here before work & usually get the same thing. But today (3⁄36) I wanted to get something that would wake me up for my 4−11pm shift at the Animal Hospital. As I stood there staring at the menu, the cashier (I really wish I could remember her name, but she was at drawer 2 today @ 3:47pm) asked me if I knew what I wanted, I explained to her that i needed something to wake me up. & she asked me a couple of questions, like hot or cold, strong or not so strong, etc. Needless to say, her service was AMAZING! She helped me decide on a drink in less than a minute. & was amazing enough to give me a special discount. I truly wish I could remember her name to give her the credit, but I can’t. Hopefully if I run into her again I can update this post! She gave me the best service I’ve had at a Starbucks… Ever.

This is a much busier location then the one across the street.
They have ample outdoor seating and it is covered so you don’t have to worry about burning.
It’s a small store but they handled the crowd with ease.
I was very happy with the service there and the cleanliness of the location.
My only issue is the soy milk. They didn’t allow me to pour it in myself and I kept having to tell the barista to pour more in. Little thing, just a little annoying about her judgement looks on my preference for lighter coffee :)
But I still tipped anyway! Tip your baristas!

Even though you say light ice they filled the cup up with ice. I didn’t taste my iced coffee till I was outside and it was watered down down. I would’ve gone back in to complain but I didn’t have time. All you can taste is water no coffee not good for ordering ice coffee very light ice that is why I get light ice that way I don’t have the watery taste

Very Lovely Starbucks, the staff always with a smile in their faces from side to side and of course the Barista is the main most important thing for me in a starbucks and this one rocked! My Mocha was Delish. I went around 1pm. on Sunday/​. so s/​o to the barista that was working that shift and the beautiful lady that attended me in front.

This is the most painfully slow Starbucks I have ever been to. If you are even slightly in a rush, go to the one across the street on Sand Lake Road.

Great neighborhood starbucks. It’s quick and easy to order at this location. There’s no drive through so there’s no need to worry about waiting in line because of it. The location has some indoor seating, about average compared to other starbucks. There’s nice outdoor seating that’s covered by the building too. This is especially nice on a cold autumn day.

3 stars for overall cleanliness. There are always smokers sitting at the tables out front, which is very bothersome to folks who are sensitive to tobacco smoke and who don’t want it in their lungs. That alone definitely ruins the coffee experience and Starbucks should really institute a company-​wide policy on smoking on their property. Also, the chairs and tables out front are usually very structurally uneven and are almost always messy/​dirty.
The WiFi is DEATHLY slow if it’s busy and a lot of customers are online, so if you must have WiFi, try and go during their slow hours.
Other than the cleanliness and speed of the WiFi, the staff are always great and personable. And of course the coffee is good too!
