Starbucks

This is a small but very cool Starbucks location, it’s as if they squeezed it in being this is a major tourist spot and the real estate is at a premium and very limited. It amazes me that there aren’t more Starbucks location in the immediate area with number of hotels and restaurants along International Drive — The service was great, extremely friendly and our drinks were perfect. One word of caution if your using the drive-​thru it’s very tight and like driving through a maze at least with my truck, if you drive a Fiat maybe your experience will be different. Over-​all this place is awesome…

Be warned, horrible parking in front. Stopped by today, Monday at 12:10pm for cold drinks for our drive home. This time when we walked in, we were greeted by at least 2 of 8 people working there today. Yes, I counted 8 Starbucks baristas busily working with no one in the indoor line except us. They were occupied with drive thru customers and prepaid online customers instead. That is my pet peeve with Starbucks, their priority of drive thru & online customers over walk in customers.
We wanted Cold Brew drinks, but they were out?! Really, even with this large promoted specialty item on their menu board, out of it on Monday. So settled for regular iced coffee and a mango black tea lemonade. Both were made within 4 minutes, iced coffee first then 3 min later the lemonade. Amazing it took that long with 8 people working here.
Well I updated my review to 3 stars since they did greet us this year. But I don’t get being OUT of cold brew, and then the large staff on Monday but lack of efficiency with production. Maybe next year we can get it.

Let me tell u first nobody can make a decent cup not a great but a decent cup of coffe anywhere in Orlando yet. Been here 4 days and can’t wait to get back to WEST COAST LOVE.

I’ve not had the best luck at this particular Starbucks. This was my second visit to this location. Given how exceptionally pleasant I was today, I must have wronged Tina in a previous life. She was downright mean to me for no apparent reason… I’m just thankful she wasn’t the one making my coffee… My first visit was less than exceptional as well as I was hoping to purchase a small horizons milk only to discover that all the milk in the case AND In the back had expired by a week. 3 stars for now for 2 consecutive bad experiences. The next time I’m in the area, I will give it one more try and I’ll let you know if I take this location off my list for good.

This is a very busy Starbucks. For those arriving by car, parking can be challenging. There is a large parking lot behind the store– be prepared to walk a few extra steps which is ok because that latte has 700 calories
So, after all that said, why did I give it a four star rating? Because they seem to handle the crowds well. The employees have great attitudes and of course produce Starbucks quality coffee. There’s also a nice outdoor patio seating.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been too. More employees then normal but inefficient. ridiculously long wait and got order wrong. Ended up leaving without food, tired of waiting. Starbucks app has function to leave a tip, but not to leave an opinion of their service

It s FREEZING inside. I told two employees they should raise the thermostat, they just shrugged. Overheard from the next tables customers commenting on how insanely cold this place is, and I see on Unilocal other reviewers complaining about the freezing temperatures.
Also the parking situation is pretty bad.
Off to different Starbucks…

They were super friendly. Greeted is with smiles. Got our order right, wroth one pump of toffee. Even spelled our names right. Haha. .
It was just super cold had to get my jacket bit even the music wasn’t loud.

This was one of the few Starbucks I could find that opens at 5am. That early in the morning it was a quick and easy detour off I-​4. I used the Starbucks app mobile order & pay and the barista was finishing my drink as I walked in. He gave me a friendly good morning and I was on my way again with drink in hand.

This Starbucks is dirty and all the crew are the same! I went and got a retail there drank it and got super sick for 2 days even missing work! I would not recommend this location! They need s massive clean up and a new manager!

This is the slowest Starbucks in existence. I’ve been here on several occasions and usually wait a good 10 – 15 min in the drivethru. So I guess the questions is, how badly do you want coffee?

This may be one of my worst experiences at Starbucks. For starters, the barista working the cash register was not friendly at all. I tried to be light hearted and make jokes with her but she just ignored me. My drink was made pretty quickly, but again the barista working the «bar» was not friendly at all and seemed very frazzled. Then I waited for my pastry and the girl at the cash register forgot about me and started another task. I asked her about it and she spent at least 5 – 10 minutes just looking for the pastry I ordered. When I finally got it, it was completely burnt. I didn’t say anything because I felt like me speaking up again would make me look like the bad guy. This store looks fairly new so they may just need some time to get things going, but they’re definitely off to a bad start.

Same cost but not same quality, watered down macchiato, disappointed. Staff don’t appear very knowledgeable about their coffee.

This was my first visit to this Starbucks. I stopped in after dinner with a girlfriend. The café was about to close, which I did not realize. Jess and her crew (at least she carried herself like a manager) did not rush us at all. She even took her time to still train them even though they were closing up. She did not boss them around, instead she directed them in a way that they would learn from their experience. They all kept their smiles while crafting our beverages. I wish I got the others’ names because they deserve just as much praise.
The drinks were perfectly made. I ordered a «skinny» PSL, but she did warn me that it would not be completely sugar-​free just non-​fat/​no whip, which I expected. I ordered the new Graham Latte in Frap form, which she also mentioned that she just put up the sign for that, so I was the first to have it. I felt so special. Hopefully the service and drinks are like this all the time here. I would definitely refer friends and family here and return when I am in the area.

Really fast and pleasant staff… great location that is very clean and open… setup nicely. We went inside but it does have a nice drive through.

I hoped in here really quick on my way to work, I thought I wouldn’t have time to stop at the one by me. Noticing this one all the time on my way to work, I thought why not finally give it a try.
This Starbucks is a drive through café, which those have to be super efficient, but can be a little crazy. However, when I went inside the Baristas were very friendly and the one at the end of the bar even made me laugh when calling out drinks.
Beautiful, open location with decent sitting area. If I could have I would have sat in there and read the paper for a few. Which is someone I love to do, but never get to. :(
Anyway, always a good choice I think.

New Starbucks in the I drive area. Parking is a little tricky sometimes, but thankfully there is a great drive thru.
While there is sitting on the patio and tables inside, I have not yet spotted any oversized comfy chairs. If you find some, let me know.
It can get loud inside as there is an echo, so not the best place for quiet reading. Drinks are consistent with Starbucks, and this place seems really busy.

Popped in for a quick espresso and hung around for a bit afterwards, sitting outside with my laptop and watching the traffic go by. It says «International Drive» but it’s actually facing Sand Lake.

This is a typical starbucks. Same food items and drink items that they all have. It is I think the only one on a busy tourist street so it does get really busy especially the drive thru. There are days when you can wait almost 10 minutes, but like I said it’s the only one close by.
I see others post about the friendliest staff and I have to disagree. I come here about once or twice a week on my way to work. They are not rude but there are days where they are nicer then other days. Some days they can be in such a rush the guy who usually works the drive thru is really short with you.
They have outdoor seating and the inside is rather small but it is in a small location.
It’s starbucks so if you are near international drive definitely go!

This is the friendliest Starbucks ever! Located right off the exit for Universal Studios, the places seems relatively new and is very clean. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, with a nice big umbrella out front to provide shade. They also have a drive-​thru!
The staff is SO nice! They seem like a fun bunch — came in on Halloween and half of them were in costume. Speedy Gonzales took my order!
They were speedy (hehe) with preparing my drink and food order and, as mentioned, were really friendly. Minus just a few points because the breakfast sammy I ordered for Sean was still cold in the middle but not really a big deal. I’d come back here in a heartbeat!
