Everytime I come in here it’s super busy(as expected) but speed of service is awful, busy or not. Baristas seem pissed all the time, so sorry I’m making you WORK at your JOB. I know it’s not a corporate store, but would it kill them to smile? Good notes, customer support is always wiping tables and checking bathroom and condiment bar. So that’s ok… Sincerely, A corporate starbucks barista

The ever-popular on-campus Starbucks. Quick friendly service, delicious drinks. Usually very crowded, business must be good. The only complaint would be the high top chairs are very uncomfortable after a while and the high top table next to the window leans more than it doesn’t. Overall, great location and service. And the coffees good too ;)

If you’re looking to get any sort of crafted drink(i.e. something other than water, iced tea, or black coffee,) go to the off-campus Starbucks across the street — this location either doesn’t know how to make drinks, or just doesn’t care. I used to work for Starbucks for a number of years, so I can pick out a poorly-made Starbucks drink with one sip. The drink I got today tasted as if it had one pump of each syrup(if that,) wasn’t stirred, and the shots had clearly gone bad before being poured. I needed the caffeine, so I forced it down my gullet. Otherwise, I would’ve just thrown $ 5 in the trash. They were busy as all get-out, but that’s to be expected, and doesn’t influence my rating — it’s on campus, and near the center of campus, at that. Expect to be there for about a half hour if you’re visiting between the hours of 9AM and 4PM. Don’t expect to be in and out before class; it’s not gonna happen. The inside was kind of unique for a Starbucks, and large, too. Reminds me of the Starbucks at Disney. They stuffed in about as much seating as they reasonably could, but again, UCF has a ton of students, so seating should be considered extremely limited if you’re looking to stay and drink/eat. To me, Starbucks is best when you’re in and out. Fast service, but beverages are crafted with care. The latter is definitely the most important part, and this location didn’t deliver.

I had to edit my review based on my most recent experience. Their card readers weren’t working yet again but the signs on the door didn’t indicate that there was a problem with using the Starbucks card. It turned out there was a problem and with no other means on me to pay I was upset after having stood in line for a while. However, the manager went above and beyond to make things right for which I I truly appreciate. Few businesses these days make such efforts any more. Needless to say, there have been a lot of bumps with this opening, not all of which turn out to be the fault of the team working in the store.

This Starbucks has the cutest décor! Super modern with wooden decoratives and cool looking lounge chairs. It’s a very big space on the inside, great for studying or working on assignments. The line was long so the wait was as well. The vanilla frap that was requested ended up coming out as a watery vanilla bean mush. So I wasn’t pleased with the over priced results, but if I get desperate for some coffee, maybe next time will be better.

This Starbucks is located inside the Barnes and Nobles operated bookstore on the UCF campus. It is Starbucks so I believe the name speaks for itself but I just wanted to broadcast the fact that they sell/make a phenomenal mushroom brie soup! 3.5 stars!
