Starbucks

The service here is great! Dorothy is a cashier in the mornings and that woman deserves to own the world! If you need to brighten your day go order some coffee from her! Everyone there is really great and my drink has never been bad or wrong!

Cramped & crowded, this is one my least favorite Starbucks locations.
It always seems difficult to find parking and then leaving the parking lot, especially during rush hour, is quiet the ordeal.
I’ve resorted to this location a few desperate times. Especially times when my home internet goes down. What I discovered is that this location wants you out of their store as quick as possible. The Internet is so slow that it’s hard send an email or even search on Google.
The one bright spot here is the staff. They’ve always been friendly and helpful. But I can’t help but give this place two stars. Without the ability to sit, use the Internet, or drink quality coffee (Starbucks is coffee is «ew») I find this place a drag to visit.

They have such nice staff here. My normal is the teavana mint iced tea. I have to wait a couple extra minutes but they make it nice and cold for me.
Only con is that there is never enough place to study. They should have made the location bigger knowing its in such a busy area. Even if I wanted to study I wouldn’t be able to.

For being one of the busiest Starbucks in Orlando in such a small plaza, the place has held up time and time again. I’ve been here at times from before dawn to late at night, and they’ve never disappointed in their service. The registers and baristas are as professional as you can ask for from a standard chain store and I’ve never an issue with my drinks (there was one miscommunication, but they happily and easily resolved it with a redo). I’ve mentioned earlier that the plaza was small, and the place itself is moderately cramped; on the busy hours, there is no place to sit down and relax. However, I attribute that to location alone and it’s not enough to dock off a whole star.
If you’re nearby and you crave Starbucks or just some good ol’ coffee, this place is worth going to.

Starbucks has saved my behind every day for the last 4 semesters I’ve been in college. It keeps me awake when I’m in class and it tastes so great. The staff is phenomenal, they are just the greatest. I have never received an incorrect order or had any complaints honestly. This is perhaps the busiest Starbucks in east Orlando and the staff handles it as if it was business as usual. God bless this Starbucks and God bless the staff.

I always used to enjoy a double espresso (aka doppio). But then, I discovered a drink that is at least 50% better!
What you ask?
Triple espresso.
Trippio?
Mmmmm.
Good.

Convenient location for UCF and businesses around the area. I work just down the street so this is a quick stop for me before work.
Parking is not a problem in the early morning but during the day the parking lot is tight and spots may be hard to come by.
The coffee is great and service is friendly. Every now and then I’ll get a breakfast sandwich, so they have many options here if you need breakfast or a snack.

This location is on the spot for drink accuracy. I just wish it wasn’t so busy and the parking lot wasn’t so small. It’s very difficult to get in and out of this location during peak times (breakfast and after lunch). The UCF and daily work crowd jams this location extensively.

Is there any such thing as a bad Starbucks? I don’t think so. Full of ucf students and typical Starbucks customers. Nice location. Friendly employees.

This location is by far the best one on this side of town.
The only complain is that the store is small. They could use more seating. I think if they eliminated the coffee bar they could get another 3 – 5 tables. It is hard to believe that they would have such a small store near a university though.

I must say this location bugs me a little. I’ll explain to you why…
This has got to be one of the most busiest Starbucks in this area and yet its in a dinky plaza that is always busy. Not only that — people that come here, DONT LEAVE! I totally get that tho bc its near by a University and people study, i mean normal but you would think by now they might have thought to move it to a better location or something? Lunch time is the worst of the worst because you circle a million times and you are about to think you are getting this spot but then the person just goes and sit in their car eating their scone because theres no seats inside any where.
ALSO (sorry almost done with the rant): during the busiest times, some of the staff slacks and rush every thing. I’ve gotten my drink before caramel macchiato with out the signature caramel cross hatch. Call me a snob but i’m paying 4 dollars for a 12 oz drink — i deserve a decent caramel cross hatch topping.
OK END RANT!
The Good: YES — I still go here. Starbucks is Starbucks — nothing really to say about it. Even your unborn child has had it. Lets talk about something else. So, even though sometimes they rush their orders, the staff are genuinely nice. I’ve never had a snobby attitude and the store manager is the sweetest.
Hopefully the Starbucks that is opening inside UCF will alleviate some of these problems I mentioned earlier.

This is my new favorite Alafaya Trail Starbucks. They are faster than the other location and their staff are equally as friendly and know their customers. There is one dude who often works the register on week day mornings who is just the nicest. The location is also inviting and generally has enough seating for days I can actually hang out and crowd seems pretty cool.

This starbucks makes my, soy grande caffe mocha EXACTLY how I like it! They are very consistent with my drink which is very important to me! :) The only reason I give it a 4 instead of 5 is because the parking can be horrific and it gets very crowded in the morning, but they do typically get through the line very quickly. They operate like a well oiled machine, happily handling each customer which makes the entire experience awesome. Love starting my mornings at this starbucks.

Love this Starbucks. They make the best coffee around, and are fast and extremely nice. They know the customers that walk in, no matter how infrequently.

The baristas here are friendly and quick. It’s a high traffic Starbucks because of the location. I truly wish it had a drive-​thru.

This Starbucks is located conveniently across the street from UCF, right off of Gemini Blvd. That in itself is a huge plus. But I also enjoy the size of this Starbucks. It is large enough that you can usually find a place to sit down and enjoy your coffee, but small enough that it still seems intimate.
This Starbucks has a «coffee bar» as well, and the employees are always very friendly and genuinely seem willing to provide customers with a good experience. Although the parking in this plaza can get tight (especially on Moe Mondays), there is an entrance to the Starbucks in both the front and the back.
Overall, I love this Starbucks and will always frequent it whenever I find myself near UCF.

This is a very nice Starbucks right across the street from UCF. The staff is nice, and they have fluffy chairs :) A must go to place after a burrito at Moe’s.

All I have to say is that this is a great Starbucks.
