Sabal Palm at Lake Buena Vista Apartments

I’ve been living here now for 13 years, so I’ve seen some people come and go from the front office, but they’ve all been awesome! Jonathan, Adriana, and Cassandra are still there and have always taken care of any issues I’ve ever had quickly and effectively. More so than that, they’ve always made me feel welcome and at home here over the years.
This past year they’ve been doing a lot of renovations around the complex, and although still not done it just keeps getting better and better. The new décor and color schemes are leaning more and more towards a modern look, and is quite visually appealing.
If you haven’t been here yet, the location is fantastic as far as convenience goes with a Walgreens, 7-​Eleven, gas stations as well as a number of dining options easily within walking distance.

Relatively Close To: Starbucks, Subway and Walgreens.
Public Transportation: No.
Valet Service: No.
Wheelchair Accessible: Yes in few select areas not blocked by cars.
Allows Animals: Yes.
Parking: Unassigned parking, mediocre lighted.
Popularity: People seem happy.
Outdoor Space: Plenty of seating outside near pools.
Amenities: Two pools, jacuzzi and a new fitness room.
Cleanliness: The property seems dirty with pet waste, and trash inside ponds. Trash area can get dirty due to tenants being sloppy.
Lighting: Mediocre lighting.
Presentation: It’s uniformed.
Ownership: Property management LLC.
Items Ordered: None.
Check-​in Wait Time: 1 – 3 minutes to speak with management at the office.
Temperature: °74 Degrees
Managements knowledgement of apartments and amenities: Staff seems pretty knowledgeable of things that are required of them to be in this field of work.
Overall Service: Service is good.
Staffs response on compliments: Very welcoming.
Staffs response about complaints: Depending on the urgency it may take upto 12 hours however, they will take care of you.
Recommendation:
Two ** stars or less dont consider.
Three *** stars be cautious.
Four **** stars or more highly recommended.
Quick Notes: At move-​in, the apartment was not painted, the carpet was damp, there’s rust under metal doors and on top of the dryer, the heater did not work, the patio was not screened in, the shower head leaks, the bathtub, kitchen sink and toilet hiccups, the neighbor above is loud with a barking dog that runs inside a one bedroom, and the front entrance has dead tree branches and the pond view could be improved drastically.

Pretty cool office staff. Decent amenities, (I don’t really choose a place to live based on pools, gyms etc) Nice apartments and the maintenance guys are all really helpful and polite. Happy to live here.

From the AMAZING staff (especially Jonathan!!), to the location, this place is a 5 star in the sweetest way. Disney may be within walking distance, but you can count on feeling at home every day you live there. I have been a Las Vegas Homeowner since 2003 and let me tell you, I am not easy to please. Sabal Palm spoiled me rotten in 2012 and I will not be a homeowner for years because of it. They are SO attentive. If you req maintenance, its done THAT day. If you req response via email, done THAT day. Trust me, for the SERVICE and amazing amenities, they are VERY reasonable and provide the BEST of the BEST in EVERY way… and who can beat the added bonus of EQUITY in your FUTURE home if you choose to rent with them??!

Our stay here was fantastic. The accommodations were perfect and it is located directly outside the Disney World gates.

I love it here! Its my home and they treat me as such!
