Saltiest burger I have ever had. 4 people behind me had their order come out ahead of mine. I finally said something and the said they were waiting on a batch of onion straws. How does a Disney place not plan for meal service. Cold fries to top it off. Expected more and we have been coming to Disney for over 30 yrs.

So, I wish I could give this place more stars as it is one of the few fast food places in Hollywood Studios. Unfortunately, I can’t based on the slow service. I’m not sure what the issue is — the food seems to be cooked quickly — there was food piling up as the kitchen finished it but the staff delivering it to the customers just could not get it together. So I waited 45 minutes for one sandwich and some chicken tenders for my kids and it was all cold because it had been sitting there ready for quite some time. I mean the staff actually looked lost… I’m not sure what the disconnect is but it seems that maybe the management should step in and get the team some clarity. My sandwich was Fried Green Tomatoes — really cool idea and tasted good.

tldr: Below average food with above average prices(sub $ 10 for a combo without a drink) in an exceptional location. If this were any other place other than Disney’s Hollywood Studios then it’d be a 2 star but it’s a decently cheap option on your way to the rides. OKAY: Fries: Similar to McDonald fries, reasonably salted and crispy. Pretty large quantities when paired up as a side for the burgers and the chicken nuggets. Coleslaw: Refreshing to have some veggies as you embrace the oily entrees. Not overly saucy which was a surprise. Quantities are way too small if you get this as a side. The cup size is about half the size of my fist and can be finished in 3 bites. NOTRECOMMENDED: Chicken nuggets: 8 pieces with the combo but they are super small, about ¾ the size of McDonald McNuggets and there’s way too much breading ratio.

If you couldn’t already tell by the name, it’s standard American fare food. Menu is simple and straight forward; burgers, fries, and chicken nuggets. Each entrée comes with your choice of fries or cole slaw. There is the standard drinks and water to choose from along with beer and two dessert selections. If you’re going to eat here, standard crowded park rules apply; find seating and a table first then send someone from your group to order and pick up food for everyone.

We stopped here because the lines were short and they carried the Bob Fett mugs during Star Wars 2015 weekends. We both had cheeseburgers and fries along with water for drinks. The burgers were average, nothing to write home about, but the wait to get our food was a lot longer than we had expected. There are other restaurants in the area so seating can hard to find and once you find a table, be prepared to get friendly with your neighbors as the tables are very close together. It is an affordable place to eat if you are on a tight budget.

The food was decent. We got the chicken nuggets and cheeseburger. Both came with French fries and they were fresh. The reason for the two star rating is the attitude of the cast members working here. When my girlfriend ordered the food, the cast member didn’t smile or greet us. She was short with us and appeared to be pissed off and/or disgruntled. I came to the counter and asked for a water cup and the cast member didn’t smile. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. Maybe there is something going on behind closed doors? Management not taking care of the staff? Who knows.

Five people were in front of me, I waited 43 min to get my food. So slow, it is embarrassing this is fast food. You can tell the staff aren’t efficient at all. The person helping us seemed so lost. She forgot half our order. The staff in the kitchen seem like they are painting, not serving food. Come on Disney!!! The food was decent but not worth the wait. Burger cold, I rather have McDonald’s. The team in the kitchen seems like they are painting a drawing not serving food. Our expectations are low for theme park food but this surpasses that.

When comparing this to other burger/hotdog/traditional cheap food in theme parks — I would have to give it three stars. The burger isn’t very thick, but it did taste good. The fries were the best. Not sure what is different about them, but you will enjoy the taste and the way they feel when you bite in. Affordable and fast in the middle of Disney chaos.

Not bad for quick service & pricing is ok for being inside a theme park

This had the shortest line out of the many vendors here. I opted for the chicken nuggets/tenders and fries. Both were okay. But they were very filling, which made me happy as theme park food is never affordable so I like getting the money’s worth. Anyway, all the food in the area seemed identical. FYI

Not well run. The line did not move. Not at all. The folks working the window were highly inefficient. Oh, and I was not permitted to purchase a chocolate milk. Seriously. It’s not considered part of a children’s meal. That’s fine; it’s silly that it isn’t, but I accepted it was part of the meal plan. That wasn’t my issue. I then said I would purchase the chocolate milk with cash. I was told I couldn’t. Wtf??? I was so exasperated, my poor wife had to come over and relieve me. She couldn’t get it either. We went back after we got our meal through a different cashier and was able to secure the milk. The food was severely ho-hum, as was every meal we had this week at Disney.

Not bad not great. We didn’t want to pay a lot for dinner or wait. My veggie burger was okay and DH got an enormous onion/bacon burger and said the patty was so-so. The kids enjoyed their mac n’ cheese. Try and get a table under the fans, much cooler there!

The food is really expensive but that’s understandable in an amusement park. I had chicken nuggets; they were cold and some of them didn’t have any chicken in them. It was warm but not hot. The fries were cool and didn’t taste very good.

Lukewarm rubber burgers with overly sugary deserts. No reason to stop here unless you’re starving, which I was when I stopped here… and still I hated it. Usually when I am ravenous I tend to be a soft critic. But damn. Bad bad bad.

For a fast food place at theme park, it’s not bad. Well, let me put it this way, there was a big long hair in my BFs burger and I’m still giving it 3 stars. It’s one of the only places in Hollywood Studios where you can sit down and eat and don’t need to make reservations 180 days in advance. It’s counter service, you seat yourself, and they offer vegetarian burgers as well as your standard theme park fare. My veggie burger wasn’t great, but for under $ 7, it was A-OK. I would defo recommend this place for a quick, cheap bite… just keep your eyes peeled any hairs.
