Waited three hours for the doctor to come into the room to say hi to me and hand me my prescription. Such crappy service. I had an appointment at 11am and got at 2pm.

Best place to go for paps and birth control for cheap especially if you have no insurance. Most regular doctors office will not even let you make an appointment if you have no insurance even if you will be paying your bill with cash.

It is 5:13pm on Thursday, July 30, 2015. I don’t know the name of the people working right now but man one of these girls is a HUGE BITCH! I was told that they don’t take my insurance, when I saw online that they do. I tell her this and she checks then says «nope. Sorry.» No «I apologize for your inconvenience, have a good day,» NOTHING. Just «nope. Sorry.» I guess customer service will hire anyone these days. In my opinion she should be fired.

Never ever go here. They are rude and cold to women, they do not give alternative options, and they refuse to acknowledge there are options. Planned parenthood os in the business of taking your money, not caring for you. Alternative option nearby is JMJ Crisis Pregnancy Center located at Northview by UCF and another on West Colonial. Everything is FREE!

I will continue to go here only because it is the only planned parenthood anywhere near me, and I need affordable health care and birth control. But the staff at this location is extremely cold and rude. The nurse practitioner, «Cookie» was really rude and sarcastic with me, and did not do a very good job at explaining anything, from the exams she performed on me to the birth control method I was inquiring about. It was my first pap/​pelvic exam, which I told her, and she ways VERY rough with the pelvic exam. I had a truly awful experience with her. Planned Parenthood itself is a great organization and I’m grateful that I’m able to receive affordable care there, but this location seriously needs some better staff. Going in for a well woman appointment is already intimidating enough. Having cold and unfeeling staff does not help.

The place feels very cold and uncomfortable. Front Office staff doesn’t smile or welcome you. Felt rushed when I was finally seen by nurse practitioner. Paid alot of money, and it was not worth it. Called office about medical questions which wasn’t answered at visit and they took 2 days to call me back.
