Uma ótima surpresa da viagem! Super em conta, bom atendimento e boa comida! É uma restaurante com estilo bem norte americano. O milk shake é bem gostoso e os pratos com peixe também! Recomendo.

Pienso en Perkins y se me pianta un lagrimón. Lo mejor que tiene este lugar es que está abierto las 24 horas del día. Esto se traduce en una cantidad increíble de opciones de comida. Desde waffles con bacon y huevos fritos hasta ensaladas, hamburguesas, pastas. Básicamente todo lo que se les pueda ocurrir.
Un gran pro que tiene es que el menú viene con fotos ilustrativas. Si no están tan cancheros con el inglés (el caso de mi viejo por ejemplo) es fácil saber qué están pidiendo a ciencia cierta. El lugar cuenta de tres salones divididos por paredes vidriadas. Tiene muchos asientos de tipo sillón y también mesas con sillas en el medio. Todos los mozos son extremadamente amables, también los encargados del restaurant, quienes acomodan a los comensales en las mesas.
Con mi familia estábamos hospedados a media cuadra del lugar así que nos sirvió de gran ayuda la noche que llegamos ya que era el único abierto y también por las mañanas para desayunar, momento en el cual no hay tantas ganas de viajar para tomarse un café. Esto hizo que las mozas recordaran nuestras preferencias en cuanto a lo que nos gustaba tomar y si bien siempre volvían a confirmar que no quisiésemos algo distinto, nuestras bebidas aparecían automáticamente.
La comida en sí es riquísima, probé muchos platos y de todo tipo. Son muy abundantes y sabrosos y la relación con el precio es excelente. Se pueden compartir perfectamente, especialmente los desayunos porque son enormes y puede no haber tanto apetito.
Si pasan por Orlando no duden en ir a visitarlos porque van a comer rico y barato y los van a atender excelente.

The food was very disappointing. The service was slow and the waiter was very bad. The omelette didn’t have enough meat inside. We didn’t get water or napkins until the very end of our meal. Very disappointed in this experience. Only good thing was the price was reasonable.

I read a bunch of reviews online before making my decision. It looked like the food was good but a few people had a problem with the wait staff. I did grab breakfast and when I arrived it took me about 10 mints to get seated it was busy because it’s not too far from the conference I was attending. The appearance looked fine to me. The staff seemed nice. I got seated and the waiter took my order and brought my drink out. The menu had a lot of choices. I got the Eggs and chicken biscuits. The plate of food was s bunch. The eggs tasted fine along with the chicken. If I’m ever back in the area I would stop in for breakfast.

The food was good and the waitress was very nice. I would go again and highly recommended.

Just had dinner at Perkins, and I have to say that I’ve been here plenty times before and it was great before but tonight was a HUUUUUGE disappointment. My server who WILL remain nameless due to just me throwing her a bone. But she knows exactly who she is… Was the WORST and I will repeat the WORST server I’ve ever had the displeasure of encountering in all my years. She was just flat out rude and obnoxious and at one point even yelled at my husband in regards to a missing item on his plate.
So please Unilocalers STAY AWAY! And I repeat there is so many different awesome restaurants on I drive that would suffice and do great as well. Hell, I’m even thinking that a fast food joint would have been a 5 star in comparison to this place.
I’m sorry for her future customers, and advise you please not be one of them.

This Perkins happens to be in perfect location but is overlooked due to a Dennys being across the street and an IHOP being a little past it. All four are 24 hours, but Perkins takes the cake for me. Due to the popularity of the other locations listed above, don’t expect this Perkins to be packed. We were able to sit down immediately and get fast service. This was only the second time in my life that I have had Perkins and they’ve introduced something incredible to me; Grilled Muffins! Yes you’ve read it correctly, grilled muffins. My girlfriend and I tried it with blueberry muffins and I honestly could’ve eaten that the rest of the night due to great deal involving their muffins. But since I had ordered my breakfast, half of a muffin was fine.
My dish was fresh and tasted great and the service was awesome. We were away from the drunk and crazy that usually stumble into 24 hour locations.

The fatass manager at this shit-​smelling location will roll her eyes in that ugly ass head of hers when a customer is trying to complain about one of her rude staff members who said «I could care less» when we were trying to find a seat. That’s no way to treat customers who were being polite and just wanted to sit in a section that didn’t smell like stale vomit. Do not eat here because you’ll be treated with absolutely no respect.

The past three visits to Orlando in the past 2 years my wife and I have visited this location and have never been dissatisfied and or disappointed. This restaurant rocks it out of the ballpark with great service. Our server was Bobby and she rocked it both times she waited on us. Great Apple Cinnamon Muffin French Toast Platter was delicious and unfortunately it was a limited time selection which ended on our last day we visited. No worries because we will be visiting this location on our next visit to Orlando. Great place and great food with a great staff so you can’t go wrong. Thanks Perkins!

My husbands first time and my first Time Returning in years. New menu with great options. Our server Dawn was awesome. She was very attentive and made sure that we were pleased with our meals. I had a classic platter which was great. My husband had the chicken biscuit platter at the recommendation of Dawn and he loved it. We also had a french toast Platter. So much food, couldn’t eat it all.

Finally made our way down parts of I-​Drive today and ended up stopping for brunch. Bobby was an excellent server. Although busy with multiple bigger parties, our table of 2 was never neglected.
Changes to our order were received and taken care of when the food was delivered. The food at this location tastes amazing and although it was a Saturday, it didn’t take an obnoxious amount of time to be served.
Ended up taking 6 mammoth muffins home and still didnt spend over $ 30. Will definitely be returning to this location.

Our experience was great! Our server, Dawn was knowlegable, and funny. She was also thoughtful. We had our pies to go (couldn’t handle after our turkey dinner and BLT), and she bright back a to go cup for our drinks. The place was clean and pleasant.

Food is OK. Not great. The wait was not worth it. This better than IHOP though. The place seemed to be too cramped.

Reasonably priced especially for a family of four with kids. Very casual and clean. Friendly service and decent coffee. Turkey sausage and chicken sausage available!

Though it was very busy on a Sunday morning at the peak of tourist season in Orlando, Ms. Bobby (our gracious server) ensured the service was excellent and timely!
To match the service, the food itself was an excellent representation of home-​cooked breakfast; the portions were very generous, very flavorful, and carried that ‘homey’ feel an IHOP or Denny’s couldn’t hope to imitate. Though busy, the atmosphere was relaxed and smelled of freshly baked pie (sorry, if that’s not your thing). In addition to the freshly-​brewed coffee, refills were made promptly, and our food didn’t follow not too long after being seated .
It wouldn’t be a complete visit to Perkins without getting something from the bakery, and that we did. We were informed of the buy ‘3 get 3 free’ muffin deal (the cheaper deal), and got a variety of muffins along with a slice of lemon meringue pie as recommended by my fellow Unilocalers lol so I can’t wait to get home and try these delicious morsels!
Bottom Line: Get there earlier to ensure less waiting, but even if you do wait, it’s definitely worth it. Everything on their menu is worth a try and I’m positive you won’t be disappointed by the food or the staff. I’ll reiterate what other Unilocalers have said before: try the lemon meringue pie! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It gets the job done! very quick and tasty way to get a breakfast in the morning!
i definitely recommend the Chicken biscuit platter, it its my absolute favorite.
I have not tried the pies they offer but they are also a bakery, and they look very delicious, i will update my review once i do

This is the first time I tried this place. There was a long wait, but worth it in the end. By the time I sat down the server approached us and she was so lovely. This place is so comforting and good! I would not relate this place with any Denny’s or ihop! This is the perfect place for breakfast and brunch. I had the southern chicken biscuit and everything made to my liking, not one mistake was made so I suggest you drop by here if you ever get the chance

My boyfriend and I were super hungry and love breakfast/​brunch so we decided to look up the closet place to our hotel and this was it! I try my best to eat healthy and watch my calories so I order one of their Fit Favorites which is under 600 calories. Blueberry Banana Pancake Platter with scrambled egg beaters and two chicken Apple sausage link. REALLY GOOD CHOICE! Those pancakes were amazing! My boyfriend got a ham & cheese omelet, pancakes, and bacon which he enjoyed too. I wish they had Perkins down in south Florida so we could go again. Also, our waitress was very kind and attentive. Gave us water cups to go. :) pleased with the food and service. It was a busy Sunday morning and everything was quick and cooked well.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times and if I’m staying within the area, Perkins is a bit better than any Denny’s IMO. Why not four stars? Well there is always a wait here as it is in a high traffic area. Decent pricing, place could use a bit of an update but acceptable.

Need some help

Ate breakfast here twice, extremely clean, great service and excellent hot tasty food.
Try their eggs Benedict with country style sausage gravy — an interesting but fantastic twist on a classic.
Also, if you have room (or don’t but want one for later) get a slice of key lime pie or an entire pie! You will not regret it.
My only gripe, the people in the lobby trying to sell park tickets… lowers the tone of a great restaurant.
Oh and we share the same surname! :)

First time in Perkins, server came right away brought coffee, gave me time to read menu, she took my order as I drank my coffee, soon my good arrived, HEY Y’ALL TAKE NOTICE, as part of my meal I got a short stack of pancakes, along with that came a syrup caddie with three different flavors, ALL OF THEM HOT!!!
no cold syrup on hot pancakes, what a concept, omelette was perfect, pancakes hot and fluffy delish. Server wins the coveted Chef Steve award, for prompt service, a smile, and all around great experience. I’ve eaten all across this country, can’t say that maybe 5 times service was this good.

Wider alle Erwartungen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit diesem Kettenrestaurant. Denn man muss in den amerikanischen «Restaurants» nur sich die mühe machen, die vernünftigen Speisen zu finden. Bei Perkins war das eine extra Sektion mit healthy Food und Kalorien angaben. So hatte ich ein oberleckeres gegrilltes lachsfilet mit Gemüse (ohne frittierte Beilagen !) und meine Begleitung einen echt leckeren Fitness Salat mit Hähnchen Filet. Es waren europäische Portionen und es wurde auf Mayo, viel Fett usw, verzichtet. Hut ab, das war gut — Service freaky aber echt nett.
