Panera Bread

I’ve had it with panera they will charge u 12 dollars for a mediocre sandwich and not even make it properly this is gross and absolutely ridiculous I will go and get my money back for this crap

Love panera but my fist time here and d drive thru/​manager are very rude. Will not b returning there.

I ordered chicken noodle soup through the drive thru and went home to eat it before work. To my disappointment it was mostly broth and had hardly any noodles or chicken. I did call to point this out and since I could not drive back because of work I was offered to be sent a voucher. I declined this because the Panera in Lake Nona gave me the completely wrong order one time and offered to send me a voucher and it never came. I won’t be eating at Panera for awhile.

Service is great. The food was delicious hot and made fresh. Great to stop in and get lunch. They have free wifi and the place has enough seating to have a quick sit down lunch before returning to work. I will return.

I love Panera, great food and bakery, I love their breakfast too! But this location needs improvement. I have been to this location 4 times (drive thru) and 3 out of the 4 times they got my order wrong. And the 4^th time I just got a large side of Mac and cheese which is pretty difficult to mess up.

I stopped here on my way home from work to finish some paperwork and grab a bite to eat. The food is great as always and the cashier was wonderful but the manager on duty kept barking orders at all the staff making it hard to enjoy my visit.
He was foreign and just kept screaming mami at every female employee and they ran out of bread so he got mad. Isn’t it the managers job to be aware of inventory? Hardly management material.
I’ll stick to my home location.

I LOVE Panera Bread!
First I love it because they come from St. Louis Missouri (they were formerly known as St. Louis Bread Co).
Secondly, all of their food is damn good to me. My favorite go to is a You Pick Two with the Bacon Turkey Bravo and broccoli cheddar soup. I’m a sucker for the bread bowls too, I like most of the soups! I recently tried the noodle bowls, and they too are delicious!
I’m all about the pastries also. Love love love chocolate chippers, and when the crinkle cookies come around for the holidays. Orange scone, cinnamon roll, muffin tops… you name it I’m pretty confident I’ll eat it when it comes to the pastries.
The coffee is okay, the smoothies are alright too (my daughter loves the smoothies) but my drink of choice I like to call a Grenade (half green tea, half lemonade) but I think the more popular term for it is an Arnold Palmer because thats the way he drinks his beverage too!
I’m all about the panera rewards, the $ 1.00 pastry with a lunch combo, and the rapid pick up option is so awesome!

I used this location for catering service for some corporate events we were hosting last week. Jason and Veronica were lovely to work with. The food was delicious and very professionally presented. They were early to their drop off times and never missed a beat. I highly recommend.

It was a late afternoon lunch in anticipation of a buffet dinner — so we needed something light and satisfying before then.
The lady at the counter didn’t seem to care that we are allowed options. While waiting for her to ask whether I wanted a baguette or bag of chips with my sandwich and soup, I got nothin’. Once we got our orders, I noticed that everyone got baguettes. I didn’t ASK for a baguette… I brought the baguettes back to the pick up counter and the lady working the counter wasn’t apologetic at all, but she ended up replacing the baguette, without taking back the bread.
The turkey sandwich was a little disappointing. For such a high price, it wasn’t that special. Instead of deli slices, the turkey was slices of fresh turkey atop wheat bread, which I found quite odd, but reminded me of the turkey sandwiches you make after Thanksgiving. The turkey chili was delicious, but I wished I had only ordered that instead of the expensive half sandwich I had ordered.
Oh and FYI, if you’re not a fan of bananas, don’t order the mango smoothie. Yup, you heard that right. All we could taste in the smoothie was banana, with a slight mango aftertaste. If you’re going to add banana to any smoothie, you have to expect that you can only taste banana. SMH!
Overall, just an ok experience. Pricey café food is all I can say.

Perfect if you want two slices of bread 6oz of meat and a bag of 4oz chips for $ 13 … That’s with a small drink.
Do your self a favor and go anywhere else near bye. Get table service get better– and more food for less… This place is a joke…
And most reviews nationally say the same dam thing… See ya… I’ll go to outback for lunch have a waitress, all you can eat chopped salad and soup with a drink — oh ya its $ 7.99 I tip the waitress $ 3.00 and still save $ 3.00 from Panera … Lol

Horrible just horrible service at this location. Panera is a great restaurant if you don’t already know but if this is your first time at this location, prepare for a rather different experience in terms of how you order and how you are treated by Panera’s staff.
After placing our order with a distracted and disgruntled team member, my visiting family and I waited 18 minutes only to find that at no time the team at Panera planned on calling any number or name out to present us our food. When we inquired, we found our food sitting on a random counter at room temperature. When asked if it could be heated up, the staff member replied, «Well it was hot but you disappeared!» I said, I was waiting for my food like always but she had already stormed off in a fit so no response was offered. Minutes later, the same staff member approached me to place blame on another staff member she was training and offered a free pastry for the trouble. I replied, «no thank you» but evidently she wasn’t happy with that response so turned her back and said nothing in response.

I didn’t think it was possible for me to rate a Panera less than 4 – 5 stars… well then found one. Customer service leaves something to be desired at this location. They only got 3 stars because the food is the standard Panera fare and you can’t go wrong with baked potato soup from bread co. I’m here for a week, I won’t be back… just rude.

I just traveled by plane and needed a quick place to eat where I could bring along my travel buddy, a yorkie. I ordered a soup and sandwich combo and a yummy green tea infusion refreshment. The outside patio area was large, clean, and comfortable. The location is great. Not far from the airport. I will definitely return for future dining experiences if in the area.

Atmosphere is great very quiet just a hint of clinking glasses when people eat but still quiet waiting on my food I will write another when I finish eating

Service is horrible! I have gone to this location multiple times as a dine in and drive thru customer and I can never tell how long I’ll have to wait! It seems they are understaffed!
Dine in order time can take forever and then I have to wait long for the food to be ready! My order is often prepared wrong but correct on the receipt, and when ordering soup… it’s just slightly warm. Salad sometimes is not fresh… with wilted or turning brown lettuce.
My opinion… it’s poor management! Crazy to have the GM take 1 order and walk away from the register and have a conversation with another Manager and not once acknowledge their are other customers waiting! No respect for a «lunch time» rush… again have more people on the register and he would not have to be troubled by helping a customer that is contributing to his pay check. There are many other options in the area!!!
If service was bad once I would not be writing this review but goodness… I have had it with them already!!!

I come here solely to fix my Cinnamon Crunch Bagel craving (slightly toasted please)! Something about this bagel just fix my cinnamon sweet tooth craving!
This area is clean and close by after or before getting gas at WAWA.
I need to come here one day during the summer try their Lobster Rolls!

Crappy service… I’d give zero stars if I could. I have nothing nice to say about this Panera location. I ordered a Roasted Chicken Avocado BLT sandwich through the drive through one night. I get home to discover NO bacon and NO avocado on it. I paid full price for a partial made sandwich. I was clearly upset and contacted Panera in a very polite manner. Their response was even worse… All I got was an apology. Really??? I’ll never go there ever again. This location is killing the brand name.

Another consistently good location of Panera! I stopped in to grab some lunch and get a little work done after landing at the airport. I enjoyed the mediterranean chicken flatbread with a cup of chicken noodle soup… yummy!

First I must say that I love Panera Bread. But today has almost changed my opinion… I purchased bagels for my office a day ago. To my surprise they left out one of the bagels I ordered… No worries… I called spoke with a Manager (found out it was the General Manager… he was so nice and customer service was awesome on his part). He told me to come in the following day to pick up the bagel that was left out… ok.cool. So I venture off to Panera the following day and I explain my situation to another manager. Told him with whom I had spoken with and stated that he had written my name down. This manager looks in the book and gives me attitude like I am lying about one bagel. Really… made me feel like I was a con artist/​criminal. Apparently, he didnt see my name and made me aware that he couldnt. He gave me my bagel anyway but made me pay for cream cheese… I thought that was a little much… said to the cashier «she has to pay for the cream cheese.» People really… it was your fault that I didnt have my bagel in the first place… I could at lease get a spoonfull of cream cheese… I like other paneras…

I’ve visited this Panera a few times now and service has been spotty.
On my most recent visit when I asked about the squash soup the cashier told me it tasted like baby food. Yeah… way to sell your products!
The line was a slow. They have a little queue line set up and when I was next in line a man actually just walked up to the register in front of me, completely skipping the line. So, I’m not a big fan of confrontation, but that cashier should have said something to him. Defend the honest waiting in line customers!
My co-​worker ordered after me and somehow it took so much longer for her cashier to ring up her order that I was actually sitting at a table with my food before she left her register. I would have preferred for them to take our orders together so one of us wasn’t left waiting on the other.
But yeah, overall, same food as any other Panera, service just leaves a little to be desired. But it’s a newer place, so hopefully there’s still some training going on.
