This Restaurant is without a doubt the best operated Outback Steakhouse in Florida! Quality service, impeccable management and delicious food made for an outstanding dining experience! More importantly, the management’s knowledge in food allergies and preparations for them is second to none and made my son’s dairy allergy a non-worry for the evening. AWESOME!!!

It is Outback. What can you expect. Average food. Average experience. Ordered salad with dressing on the side and no cheese – got salad with dressing all over it and cheese. Wanted steak with shrimp. Server forgot the shrimp. When it comes to customer service, it is all about listening as much as serving. And since it is Outback, I’ll be back.

Amazing service the staff including the manager and waitress were friendly and very attentive. We were experiencing one of those bad travel days and this place made us forget all about the wrong doings of others. The food was very tasteful, steak was prepared just as we had asked for and dessert was fantastic. Our beverages were refilled before we noticed we were low. Location is convenient and clean regardless of being under construction.

Extremely disappointing. Now, I really like Outback, and as I live in the neighborhood I’ve ordered take away from this location countless times and had no issue. How surprised was I to realize that actually eating in would be one of the worst steak experiences of my life — which is saying a lot because I eat a lot of steak. The dinner started off okay, was seated immediately and brought my drink — watermelon concoction on their cocktails menu(vodka/watermelon purée/pineapple/ginger). The drink would end up being the highlight of the meal. I was brought exactly one loaf of bread, which I ate quickly. I was never offered another loaf, as if it is scarce or something. Do they only do one loaf per person/per table nowadays? I’d surely hope not as that is one of the main reasons why I go to outback. Now, if my idiot waitress had bothered to stop by my table after taking my order and doing the precursory entrée check in, I’d have asked for another. But really I shouldn’t have had to when she saw how quickly I ate it. That is, after all, the role of the waitress, to make sure you have everything you need/want during the course of your meal. But I digress. I ordered the seared peppered ahi appetizer, which I also get often and was overall fine, aside from the sad bed of cabbage ‘slaw’ the ahi sat on. Seriously, why even bother when it’s obvious this ‘slaw’ comes straight from a bag of shredded cabbage, no spices or dressing aside from the ginger dressing served with the app. So I eat it, and move on. Had the house salad as part of my entrée, which I specifically ordered with no cheese. It arrived with cheese. That should have been my first indication that my waitress was a lackadaisical moron. Now, I love cheese, so no real issue, I just don’t like it on my salad. So I remove it and set it to the side. You would THINK when idiot waitress stopped(I should say walked) by again she’d have noticed and apologized for bringing the salad with cheese in the first place, but nooooo. Annoyance factor rises. Entrée(porterhouse) and side sweet potato arrive. The potato… I have never had a sweet potato that had so many strings in my LIFE. Not sure where they sourced said potato but they need to do better. In addition, I ordered it loaded, with the honey/brown sugar/cinnamon whatever it comes with. It came with none of these toppings, although silly me I assumed it to be hot and the toppings had melted while I dealt with the steak. When I finally got around to it, I realized my assumption was dead wrong. There was a literal hint of brown sugar, but certainly nothing else. Again, I order this same exact meal take away ALL the time and have never had this issue with toppings — although to be fair, they come on the side in that case so you know they are actually present. The steak. Ordered it medium well because i was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt by not ordering it well done as I usually would. It arrives most definitely NOT medium well, closer to medium rare, as there was copious red inside and gristly bits that were difficult to cut with the faux steak knife they provide. Should have sent it back, but again, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and I’m not completely against a little red in my steak, so I start to eat. I should mention here that they were by no means super busy, so more attention should have been paid to both my meal and my person. The cursory steak check in was literally a drive by ‘is everything going ok’ which gave me no real opportunity to mention that it was not cooked to the correct temperature. Steak was overall meh. I know in a finer restaurant it is a veritable sin to ask for steak sauce, but this is Outback for crying out loud and not a fine establishment, so would it have killed them to offer a sauce of come sort? Apparently so, because they did not. It may have made the steak more palatable. In any case, I gave up wrestling with it halfway through because I was over it at that point, and just wanted to settle my check and leave, due to the lack of attention to detail. I ask for a box for the remainder of the ill cooked steak because I’m thinking I have sauce at home, let me just get out of here. It takes homegirl(sure wish I remembered her name!) a full 8 minutes to return with said box. At this point I’m considering getting up and walking out, I’m so incensed. Finally, finally she arrives with box and check. I glance at it, arrange my payment and wait for her 6 more min to pick it up. As I need no change, I say so and walk out. It is not until I’m halfway through the parking lot that I realize there is no way my total was indicative of the 15% off promo Outback is running through August 4. Let me also mention this was my birthday and I had a free dessert coupon I did NOT use due to the promo. I certainly wish I hadn’t left that wench a tip since her tip should’ve/could’ve been the 15% she left off. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not go back.

Awefull experience with somewhat exception for the waiter and the hostess. Saturday evening of Memorial Day weekend, so you expect crowded restaurants and waits. So, I was prepare for that. We were greeted by a hostess that was pretty cold in the greeting. But, I commended her for how she handled some very pushy people that arrived behind us and did not want to wait like everyone else. Typical bullies that called the manager to get their ways. The manager was very diplomatic and handled it well. So no complain there. So why low review? Were told to wait 30 minutes and I had three kids. Ended up waiting 50min. If you have kids you can relate. Finally got a table. Nice waiter. But, he cams to table three times and we never got silverware. I had to ask for them twice and we were served food long before we got them. Food? If you have kids, you expect they get food while we are on appetizers. Nope, kids not only got food last. Their food? cold. My son order the small sirloin medallions. These had the hard cartilage like portion of the cut which for my kid caused him to nearly choke and gave up on his food. I tried eating them and I would tell you. They felt like someone put him in his mouth and spit them back on the plate. I am not saying they were. I am describing the taste feeling. My stake was fine. Not great. Fine. So, was my sister’s. My wife had grilled chicken on a barbe. Her chicken was cold. It turned out that the waiter had gone on break and noone covered him, so our food sat in the kitchen. While we were there, we saw our story repeat two to three times with other guests. We saw the manager having to apologize to people over and over and over. She was swamped. The only manager that night. You could see the waiters and waitresses faces as they apologized constantly for bad food or service.

Had 2 good meals here. Waiters are very friendly. Atmosphere is great. The manager was very nice and gave us a complimentary desert for being on our honeymoon. The meals were nice and this place isn’t too expensive. Worth a shot.

Loved this outback! Our server, Paul, was so wonderful and attentive. Definitely one of the best servers I’ve ever had! We got to sit outside immediately because it’s a seat yourself out there, or else we would’ve waited a half hour for a table. Food was delicious as always!

Great food for a chain. The steamed broccoli recipe was changed so the seasoning was not as great. The service was perfect! 2 stars for a perfect chain restaurant and 4 stars for the service.

On previous vacations to Orlando we’ve eaten at this Outback before. Over the years, the food was getting boring and mediocre. We almost went to another restaurant for dinner but decided to try Outback again. We were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant has been renovated. The décor is now fresher and more modern. The menu has changed. .. for the better. The food was fresh and tasty. The atmosphere was pleasant. If the food stays fresh and tasty, I’ll be back on my next visit to Orlando.

My youngest passed out in the room so we were not able to go out and eat. My sisters and I decided to pickup outbacks and was surprised to see a delivery option by eat 24. Not only were we able to get delivery, but the food came hot and fast. Everyone was happy without having to leave the pad. Great meal.

Overall, your average, reliable Outback. I was particularly charmed by the chef’s initiative in including a third lobster tail since the two served were awfully small — without our asking!

— Fazit: Man weiß, was man bekommt. Manchmal reicht das eben.

Wow, I love Outback yet hate this location. Slow rude service, salty and cold soup, unorganized. Our food was brought out in increments; our 4 and 7 year olds food came out 10 minutes after ours. Our waitress was offended when I said the soup was salty, I was nice when I said it… She was just plain pissy when my wife asked how soon the kids food would follow… My potato soup was so salty I couldn’t finish it… Good thing it was bottomless(waste). At least the bread was good, hence the score of 2 instead of 1 I don’t live here, but if I did I would picket this place!!! Horrible!

Outback wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I know … you probably sound like Lil Jon shouting«Wwwhhaatt!» right about now. Of course, it just might of helped that I downed a whole pitcher of Down Under Sauza Gold Coast Margaritas by myself. Sarah S. and I started by splitting an appetizer of Aussie Cheese Fries with Bacon and an odd Ranch Dressing. We probably didn’t need the carbs, but it was Happy Hour when some apps are ½ price. For my main meal, I listened to Sarah’s recommendation and went with the Outback Signature Steak(medium) and a Dressed Baked Potato. The spud soaked in Kosher Salt was impossible to stop eating once I started. Holy Moly, that’s a great baked potato. I ate the skins it was so good. The steak was kind of meh and tough at times to even cut with the knife. My other side was a $ 1 upgrade to the Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese that was totally a-ok. Our server was fine. She was pretty quick and they did a good job of squeezing all the food & drinks on the tiny table. Parking is free in the shared strip-mall lot. If you are going to eat a steak from a chain restaurant, then Outback is a good choice. No matter what else you order, make sure you get the Dressed Baked Potato.
