In regards to your comment below, I have contacted several home inspectors in the Orlando area that have all stated that looking at the duct system of an AC is part of their process. I would also like to remind you that I had to point out water stains on the ceiling that you had completely missed and you had to return to your truck to get your moisture meter to see if they were active. One of those stains was directly under the area where the AC duct system should have been.
Jody, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Page two of your Inspection report, items, 2 & 3, in red say, «Recommend further review by licensed HVAC contractor». The issues were beyond my qualifications and license capacity to comment further.
