I would love to write a review about the service, but unfortunately I never received any.
After purchasing their Groupon offer, I had contacted them via their website. I received a phone call that following Monday in which I had given them some basic information (I was looking for recurring bi-​weekly service, small front and back lawn, cutting and trimming and the location of the house), then the mention of the Groupon. I couldn’t get them the code at the time. I was told there would be a call back to schedule a time/​date for the service.
After a week of not hearing from them, I had called during their business hours to receive a voice mail. I had left a message asking them to return my call to set up service and at this juncture in time I have still not received a call back. Oh well.
Looks like I’ll have to get my Groupon purchase refunded. I would not recommend dealing with this company if getting service started is this much of a hassle.
