Free wine tastings. Al of the soup, salad and breadsticks you can eat. mediocre entrees. But hey, sample a few wines, eat a couple bowls of decent soup and chow some breadsticks and take the entrée home for tomorrow’s lunch. And cheap. What more could you ask for?

Went here for dinner and me and my husband were disappointed to have come here. We had ordered calamari to start with and when it came it was very dry and bland. My husband said that his pasta was mediocre at best and the chicken Marsala I ordered wasn’t the best either. The chicken seemed dry and overcooked. I barely ate half the portion of my entrée. Definitely not coming back here for another meal.

Believe it or not, my friend had NEVER been to an Olive Garden; so she asked if we could go for our Girl’s Night. We checked in at were quoted a 40 minute wait time and handed a pager(it was a Saturday night, so we planned for this). We sat on a bench next to the podium awaiting for our buzzer to go off. 40 minutes came and went, but we both work in the hospitality industry and understand how things can get behind, so we kept chatting and catching up patiently awaiting our turn. When we hit the hour mark, my friend just went to check in and see how much further down on the list we were. The hostess told my friend«we don’t have a record of you.» We showed her our pager, and she just kept accusing us of not being on the list. People make mistakes, it happens and we would’ve understood had she just apologized and attempted to make things right, but she berated us and told us what we must have done wrong. Eventually, another hostess came in and apologized and got us seated right away. Even though things started on a somewhat sour note, the night definitely turned around; as we were lucky to have a very attentive and polite server. Our breadsticks never ran out and our glasses were always full. The food was traditional Olive Garden food; it isn’t my favorite, since it is pretty Americanized, but I do like their 5 cheese ziti al forno, and this location delivered it just the way I like it.

One of the best Olive Gardens I have visited! Our server was fantastic; he made sure to give us plenty of breadsticks, never let our drinks get empty, and got our food out quickly all without being overly attentive and annoying. The food was one of the best and freshest meals meals and we all enjoyed our entire experience.

This is the best Olive Garden we have ever been to. The salad was 5 stars. My pasta needed a little more sauce but other then that I would eat here more often if it was near me.

Muito bom, os pratos são muito bem servidos, o ambiente é muito aconchegante e o melhor de tudo, os preços são bastantes acessíveis

Service is poor. When requested for a booth the hostess mentioned there weren’t any available. But walking through we saw three spots available(it was a weekday, not so busy night). Water was brought after 15 min wait. Food was microwaved and not freshly made. Wouldn’t recommend.

We like The Olive Garden. In Italian restaurant with an American touch. The entourage is nice and Italian. You always get free break and unlimited delicious salad with the main dish. It’s better to share an entrée because it was too much for us now. And the main dish came directly after the entrée. Typically American. In Europe we with about 20 minutes after the entrée is done. The Pino Grigio is a good choose for the wine. The staff is very friendly.

So we came here for lunch and I have to change my number of stars! We had such a horrible experience that we don’t even want to come back to this one. To start the 2 hostess were leaning over the hostess stand like they were annoyed people were actually coming into eat. After being seated, by the manager on duty, our server came over pretty quick. I have to say the only reason I’m not saying 1 star was because our server was very nice. We ordered right away meal and drinks and then sat there. About 5 minutes after we ordered, a couple sat next to us. we still had not gotten even a water. It was clear immediately that the guy worked there. His server was obviously his friend because they started joking and laughing. He literally brought them breadsticks and Alfredo a minute later. We still had nothing. The manager came over to ask if he was working, looked at our table, and continued to talk to her employee. I totally understand that people have a life outside work however, knowing that he worked there, I didn’t want to hear how he was going to get s**t faced tonight. Our server finally brought our appetizer before we even had a drink. I could tell immediately that the bread was burnt. I don’t know if she thought we would just eat it but we had to send it back because honestly, it was hard as a rock. She told us yeah they burnt them and it would be awhile till more we made. Later in the meal, the table next to us, again starting in with the foul language with the server. This time the server actually sat down with them. The 3 other tables around us, including ours, had young children that don’t need to hear that language. It’s obvious to me that this location cares more about their own then helping actual paying customers. I will be sending an email to the owner.

I go to the Olive Garden for the soup and salad, not the service or the Italian authenticity. In a place like this, which is completely tourist driven with few return customers, I went in expecting less than usual. Imagine my shock and awe when the server, Chastity, was sweet, professional and competent! She was on par with the kind of service you would receive at a Ruth’s Chris or Houstons. When our entrees came out, one dish was a little delayed — no big deal. I’m used to restaurants like this just bringing out it whenever it gets done. Instead, the kitchen manager, an Asian man, delivered it personally and said it was on the house! What! OG is really upgrading it’s customer service standards. My girlfriend got salmon and said it was perfect. Of course the soup and minestrone was as yummy as ever. Would definitely come back to this location if I stay at the Sheraton again.

If you have any sort of food allergies DONOTEATATTHISRESTAURANT! We came here for a birthday dinner for a friend and i specifically asked her coming about food allergies. Our waiter bought over the allergen menu and we determined that the gluten free rotini with the meat sauce was the best option for me. This was after me explaining several times that yes, I was a COMPLETELY gluten free meal. When the food arrived and the server was handing over my food, i asked if the plate was gluten free and he said no. He then asked me several times if i wanted a completely gluten free meal and if i did, then this meal was not gluten free. He then took my food and went away. Then proceeded 15 minutes of lots of confusion of people asking me several times if i want completely gluten free to eventually getting the original meal after my waiter apparently confirmed with 2 mangers that it was gluten free. I should have known right there that something was wrong but i was hungry so i made the bad decision of eating the meal. 1 hour later… the classic stomach pain of having eaten gluten began :(so…i would not recommend this restaurant to anyone with food allergies. The food itself was ok tasting.

I like this Olive Garden because of two things. It was very clean and our server Stephen was really good. The food is usually always good so that was expected but you don’t always find a clean restaurant with a great server. The restaurant doesn’t have the best décor, and is a little outdated.

This Olive Garden has typical food quality as that is controlled really well across all their restaurants. The big sore spot at this location is some of the atrocious service we have had. We came here for a nice lunch and was not greeted by our server for over 5 minutes. I find this pretty unacceptable at a chain restaurant… the restaurant had been open for 30 minutes and it was not busy. More than a minute or two is unacceptable. So we also had ordered an appetizer. The waitress waited until she had two of her tables bread, soup, and salads before providing the tables their usuals. Again, either table should feel insulted for this practice. When I asked for a refill of my salad, she blurted out, «really?!», loudly. I don’t take such judgments from an establishment known to have unlimited soup and salad. It was very insulting. Then my wife’s dish came, we ordered their new pescatore dish and when it came, it was a seafood Alfredo. Not sure where the breakdown occurred, but it did. It took us flagging down the server before we got that resolved. There are plenty of better Olive Garden locations nearby. This is probably a tourist trap location.

Ehhh… its Olive Garden… I was hungry and needed something. The breadsticks and salad saved me… the rest was just ok. Same old menu for the past 15 yrs. Kind of blah.

the chef is careless or the waiter is careless but, i order my steak medium rare with light salt and i got medium well with a lot of salt, and for my chicken dish, i ask for whole wheat pasta and i was given regular pasta. I won’t go back again to eat.

I don’t know a single soul that dislikes Olive Garden. I went with a party of six and a half on a Saturday night during spring break and waited for about 30 mins, which is not bad. We sat down and the server immediately greeted us loudly and took our drink orders. She made some suggestions and brought out the famous bottomless bowl of house salad along with breadsticks. Ask for a side of Alfredo sauce to dip your breadstick if you have not yet done so. AMAZING! She took our order and brought out the food. Everything good so far. Half way through our meals she asked if we were going to have desserts. We ordered one and thought to ourselves that we felt like we were being rushed. After not even two minutes, she brought out the dessert and slid my boyfriend’s plate(that he was still eating from) to place the dessert. Although the food was great, that never fails, the service was a bit off. Not rude but just felt as if she just wanted to close us out so she may go home. The server you get is not guaranteed to be good, but if one thing is certain to be good, it is their food!

My mom had come from PR to spend christmas with us so we decided to road trip to Downtown Disney and afterwards we stopped by for something to eat. My mom was excited because she had heard me rave about the mango-strawberry margarita. When we were checking out the menu she spotted the belini and decided to go for it– but she did not like it at all !! She opted for the mango-strawberry margarita instead and loved it. My god, those breadsticks are amazing !! For dinner the fiancéé had the Pasta é Fagioli soup while my mom got the minestrone, which they both loved. I don’t recall what they ordered for main dish but i know it was pasta with meat and they devoured it. I ordered the EGGPLANT parmigiana and when i am about to take the first bite… wait a second, this is CHICKEN parmigiana !! I explained to the waitress that i am vegetarian and i ordered eggplant parmigiana and instead got chicken parmigiana. She apologized and went to change it. Around 10 min later she brings me my EGGPLANT parmigiana. It was pretty good. But it sucked that everyone had finished by the time it was my turn to eat. Would i return here? Probably… but i’d make sure they get my order right.

To go service was poor. I wasn’t helped or greeted for a solid five minutes, even though there were three hostesses standing nearby unoccupied. The to-go person was at the kitchen for a period of time trying to assist the customer in front of me whose order had not been put in the computer. By the time I was helped it was 45 minutes after I called in my order and it still wasn’t ready(I was told 25 minutes when I placed the order). When I got back to my hotel to eat my belated dinner, there was not even plasticware or a napkin included.

Have eaten here several times and I guess it depends what you order. We had a retirement party for 10 and they don’t take reservations so it was a very long wait for our table. The service was good but didn’t enjoy my Chicken Parmesan. The heavily breaded chicken was covered in a so-so sauce. The salad and breads are the best! and thus the 3 stars. I only go when they feature a «special» such a buy one and get one free.
