Great pizza makes up 4 slow service. Pizza takes about 45 minutes to cook. You’ll only be able to eat one or 2 slices. Well worth it for the true Chicago pizza experience. Plan to come early or order take out, gets busy quick especially if it rains.

I give it 1 star because I was starving after a long drive and hungry. It satisfied my hunger. The crust was awful crumbly, and in terrible need of salt. The toppings were tasteless. Needed salt. Over salting is not good but food needs a little salt to Bring out the flavor. Very disappointing. Don’t bother. It also took 1 hr 15 min. To deliver. Too long for crappy pizza.

Great atmosphere, service and mediocre pizza but fabulous concept… Sauce and cheese are perfect but the crust ruins it. They would get 5 stars had it not been for the«chalky frozen pizza» style crust. Huge let down in anticipation that they would screw the crust recipe up… We thought it was just the regular crust pizza… But it was the deep dish as well.

I have never given a 1 star. Today I am. After an amazing day at Disney, we were too tired to eat out. We are from the suburbs of Chicago and love Giordanos. We paid $ 70 for 2 pizzas to feed 4 people and it was horrible at best. We waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for delivery, the location is 2 miles away. The pizza was cold, dry and mostly bread. It was nothing like the Chicago pizza we get. I suggest a frozen pizza over this any day. We were very disappointed.

We had our chese and beef pizza delivered, it was the absolute WORST pizza we have ever had. The entire pizza had no taste. I expected for the amount of money they charged that the pizza would be delicious. I would absolutely not recommend this place.

This place was mediocre at best. The waiter after sitting down I had to flag him to get us a menu. Ordered our food, then got our drinks with TONS of ice, downed it(hey it was hot outside and I was thirsty). The Iced Tea was the BEST thing they had and mind you the ice tea was really good too. I ordered the Cheese Garlic bread, which really was cheese bread, I have no idea where the garlic was. Didn’t even smell like it. Don’t buy it, its a complete waste of $ 9… I also ordered the Chicken Parm dinner. Crispy chicken, blah blah blah… The sauce was ok, the chicken is a small portion with a lot of noodles and it just tasted… ok. Nothing I would ever buy or try again. Seriously waste of like $ 12-$ 15. Mind you I am a cook. Took cooking classes, and I thoroughly enjoy cooking. I have an above good tongue for taste, and this was just mediocre. When I couldn’t taste the flavors of the chicken or the pasta. The sauce had no real«pasta» flavoring taste that just melts in your mouth or give you that mmmmmmm or wow factor. For kids they wouldn’t know the difference. Those of us that cook, or KNOW what great Italian food is. This would be noticeable. Lastly the service from the waiter didn’t refill my drink for over an hour. I was truly thirsty could of even ordered a drink to go considering the drive was 45 min + to get home. It was blatantly obvious too. Every 10 minutes the waiter avoided me was another $ 3 subtracted from his tip. So needless to say I left without tipping. We had a big table. Us 2 came in a little late. Not much but it was noticeable. Lastly the final thing the waiter included us both on the same ticket, thinking me and my friend were«together» and laughed and my friend was seriously insulted by him thinking we were«gay». This was seriously an issue, then to make it worse he gave us instead of separate bill folds one bill fold with both our checks as if to antagonize the issue. We didn’t show any PDA or any signs of being a couple at all. So to wrap it up I wont be joining this place at all ever again.

Pizza was great! But charging $ 3.25 for a glass of iced tea is uncalled for. Yep we ordered water. Iced Tea is the cheapest thing a restaurant can serve next to water. Lower the price and you’ll have more sales.

Very good pizza. Not typically deep dish Chicago pizza you usually get. This was more like a full size calzone with sauce snd topping on top… i liked it very much. Sauce was not typical chunky Chicago style which my wife hates. This was a good flavorful pizza sauce. The crust also was not pie crust like uno’s it was a cross between both normal and flakey which was also great and not greasy. A go to place when im back in Orlando.

I grew up in Chicagoland and was introduced to Giordanos in downtown LaGrange, IL in 1992. I have enjoyed their pies immensely ever since. My family and I ordered from Giordanos near Disney World this evening and it did not disappoint. We loved the pizza. I have never been disappointed by this pizza chain and the delivery guy was great too. They brought plates and knives /forks. Outstanding pizza, delivered on time in the Disney World area. Great Experience and would recommend this over any other pizza near Disney World If you like Chicago Style pizza.

Oh man this place really was super delicious. We dined here on our most recent trip and also had them deliver to our resort while we were having a pool day. We fell in love with the pizza sauce and have put some serious thought into having some pizza shipped to our house(it is in fact a possibility on their website) I just can’t justify spending $ 60 for two pizzas, but given the right day I just might. Anyways, best deep dish pizza I have ever eaten in my life(worlds pickiest eater over here). In house we had a very nice waiter, and when we ordered take out the service was very fast and the order arrived with everything we asked for(we have terrible luck of our orders always being wrong :/) cannot wait to eat here again!

First off, your Chicago location is the best deep dish in town! So naturally I was excited to see you had a couple locations in the Orlando area. We ordered a deep dish & bruschetta for delivery to our hotel at Star Island on 1⁄9. It came 1HOUR later than quoted & driver had the nerve to tell me it was still«hot & fresh.» Pizza was COLD& the bruschetta was not even close to crispy as promised on your menu. Called to complain to the manager & he said he would comp our meal. Just checked my CC statement to see that my card was still charged $ 15.70 for the bruschetta, delivery, tax, & tip. I’m absolutely furious that on top of the horrible service, your manager lied to me about refunding my card!!! I WANT A COMPLETEREFUND!!! CHECK #131002

Do not order delivery if you’re on a Disney resort. We found this out the hard way. They failed to let us know that they could not deliver to our room, they could only deliver to the lobby. The delivery driver called and informed us he would be here in 5 minutes to meet him in the lobby. For us that was about ¾ mile walk and it was raining. After I finally get my pizza back to the room, not only was it cold but it wasn’t even cut. We had no knife and had to rip apart a cold Chicago deep dish sausage pizza. Sorry Florida, the stores in Chicago are 100% better. I hope the dine in experience is better for those that get to try it.

Juan says it’s the best pizza he has ever had. He asked for the meat lovers or something with lots of meat. I had a veggie pizza. We both enjoyed everything a lot. Also had sangria. Yum!

Eh, as a Chicago native I don’t think I’ve ever been too impressed with giodanos even back home. My boyfriend was set on Steak ‘n Shake until he decided we should try here. I’m always down for some Chicago style pizza. We had the heart shaped pizza(ok, I have to have one every ear around Valentine’s Day). It seemed it took forever and didn’t come out very hot. Our server gave decent service and gave us a pitcher of water for the table, kudos to that!

We were given a coupon for Giordano’s when we checked in to Westgate Resorts, so we decided to try it out. I think it’s fair to say that I am a pizza aficionado. I have savored pies from New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and many many points in between. Which is unfair to Giordano’s…they probably have really nice food. We ordered a stuffed pie, which is their deep dish pie. The ingredients were unremarkable and bland, but our pie arrived piping hot and the crust was decent. We also tried the bruschetta, which was disappointing all around — cold not-toasted bread and under seasoned tomatoes. Our waitress was fabulous. If I was traveling with kids, I would go here without a second thought. The food is plentiful(I saw plates of pasta that would feed several people), and the prices were good. This is not an artisanal pizza chain, so turn off your inner foodie and settle for good and hot. There was a balloon guy… I saw him make a hat that was so cool it was worth the price of our meal. Seriously!

Great place. Loud environment. Fun for kids when they have a balloon animal guy that walks around and does balloons for tips. High chairs and activity pages available for kiddos. Order delivery to a hotel or resort with no problem. Reasonably priced for what you get. Delicious pizza! My fav is the veggie deep dish. My family is from Chicago and loves to visit this place even in Florida! Many local free coupon books(ones at hotels or tourist ticket places) have a coupon for a free bruschetta which is delicious. Great place to feed a lot of people. Beware on wait time for a deep dish pizza it can be LONG. So, what my family does is call ahead and have them start the pizza before we get there so we can wait only a few minutes rather than ONEHOUR at a table for pizza. So just a heads up on that. They were open on Christmas DAY with seats enough for 10+ people with no reservation which was nice. This is especially nice for those traveling or visiting during the holidays. It’s nice we could still find a decent place to eat together with the fam. Service can be a hit or miss. We have had AWESOME service and junkie service. It just depends. But the wait times are the toughest thing about this place; calling an order in ahead of time will make your experience awesome! Enjoy!

My husband and I went to Giordanos hoping it would be as good as it was in Chicago. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Where do I begin? We were seated in a timely manner. However, it took 15 minutes before a waiter came to the table. I was talking to my husband asking if anyone would ever wait on us. A snippy waitress asked if I was talking to her. I told her we just wondered where our waiter was. Luckily, she did get someone to come & he did apologize for the delay. We ordered the ravioli appetizer which came very fast. It tasted stale & didn’t have a lot of flavor. Then my husband’s meatball sandwich came shortly after. I will say my husband is tough on meatballs & so am I. Even still these were not good. They were extremely bland. Not good at all. He had to remind them to bring his soup, which actually was very good. Even though on the menu it says the stuffed pizzas take 45 minutes, I think they should do a better job of checking on you in the meantime & making sure you have drinks. Luckily, they left the water pitcher on the table next to us and I was able to refresh our drinks multiple times. I should have taken half the tip. The stuffed pepperoni pizza finally came. It looked like the one I had in Chicago. It didn’t taste bad, but it wasn’t as good as the pies in Chicago. After the whole experience, I would never go back & wouldn’t recommend it. Too many other good options in the area. The balloon man was the best part of the experience. He was wonderful to the children. He took his time with them, made them whatever balloons they wanted, knew all about the kids toys they wanted and sang them songs. What a lovely man!

I have visited Chicago many times in the past and although I prefer Gino’s East, Lou Malnati’s, etc. I like Giordano’s simply because it’s everywhere and the food is consistent. I came here for the nostalgia and the food and they did not disappoint. The service was pretty bad because they had a massive shortage of servers(maybe some called in sick or something). There were only 2 people for the entire restaurant so they were running around crazy busy. There was no hostess so it took about 10 minutes to flag someone down to get seated. There were a few parties that had waited. The folks were nice though and apologized so probably a rare occasion?

We wanted awesome pizza and were happily surprised to see that there was a Giordano’s in FL! I’ve eaten there in Chicago, but still had yet to try their stuffed(deep dish) pizza. It’s located in a sort of strip mall, and, like everything else, next to an outdated«Gift Shop» with knockoff Disney stuff. There were a few people in there, but we were able to snag a seat next to the window. Our server was super nice and attentive. She watered us both, and when I mentioned I’d like a beer, she rattled off the drafts without inquiry. We both ordered a started caesar salad, and a small stuffed pizza with pepperoni. The salads came out quickly enough, but they had way too much dressing on them. Completely edible, but totally out of a large food service jar. The pizza came out, and we dug in excitedly. Unfortunately it wasn’t 100% hot all the way through, with several«hot spots» and more of the pizza sitting at a comfortable lukewarm. The temperature caused the cheese to be a borderline dangerous gag factory… for the first time in my life I uttered the words«too much cheese». I think if it were piping hot the gooey stretchiness would have been amazing, but it was just not on point. I also wished longingly for more pepperoni. Service was great, food was good — I’d come back.
