Ordered to go online. It was fast simple, they walked the food out to my car. Ordered the Tuscan due. Decent sized food for the prize. Love them breadsticks as always.

What can I say… I’m from NY and this is The Olive Garden. My expectations weren’t that high to begin with. The food was decent and so was the service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Line was out the door, they wouldn’t seat anyone and wouldn’t say why, and the restaurant was 80% empty. Beer taps were dirty and we didn’t even make it long enough to order before we left. Save your money.

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of dining with Patrick as our server. Seriously the best server ever. The food was great and the peach sangria is delicious but the service was the highlight of the night. We will definitely be back and asking for Patrick.

Went there for dinner– we were sat and not helped for 15 minutes. Our table wasn’t even approached! When we left the manager tried to serve us «himself» but once you’ve been irritated you just don’t stay! We left and went to BJ’s next door and had a good dinner!

I have yet to dine in at this location since my last review, but I have grabbed to-go a couple times in the past couple months and I can say that it has been delicious and the service has been great. On-line ordering has been a challenge so we need to call them each time but the staff has always been helpful and quick on the phone. They have curbside pickup, but unlike other locations that you park, they recognize your car and they come to you, this location you either go in or need to call so keep that in mind when you park in one of their spots. Our to-go orders have been large portions of hot and fresh food, plenty of salad, croutons, dressing, plastic-ware and cheese for our dishes. My only complaint would be that when we ordered desert my strawberries for my cheesecake were frozen and that was 45 minutes after picking up our food. We will happily come again for to-go, but we are still apprehensive to dine in again when there are so many other locations that have proven great dine-in service.

I will NEVER eat at Olive Garden again. We used to eat at Olive Garden 3 times a week. Not anymore! My husband and i were finally able to get away on a date night and chose to eat there. Biiiig mistake. We both got food poisoning. And between 4 other heartbeats and jobs we were able to finally call after we were better. I thought it would be rude to call and speak to someone when we were both sick every other word. Well they would rather speak to you while you were puking. Sorry to be nasty but it’s the truth. My husband paid with cash. Big mistake there too. We woke with Omar. He said he’d get back to me later. I said that wasn’t an option that I felt comfortable with. He really cared less. He never called back either. So I called back and spoke with Mike. He called me a liar and said I didn’t eat there because they couldn’t find my check. Which was a complete lie. He said they only way i’d get my money back would be if I brought the check. Well we didn’t grab the check thinking we wouldn’t need it. They refuse to look for it. Refuse to give me my money back. So I called corporate. They said they’d give me a gift card and my money back. The general manager Amanda was supposed to call me and discuss as stated in the recorded line bit that didn’t happen either. So we called today and she made us feel bad for trying to get what we were promised. She screamed at me. And then called back spoke with my husband and screamed at him. This has just been the worst experience. We just wanted our money back and they refuse.

My sisters and I came here for lunch on a Sunday. This location looks nice and updated with their décor. I ordered a Peach Bellini to drink. It was a frozen drink, very delicious, barely tasted like alcohol so I drank it like juice, but it hit me in the end. I’d order it again. As my appetizer, I got the 5 cheese marinara sauce to dip the complimentary breadsticks in. Warm and yummy! Would definitely recommend the dipping sauce. As my entrée, I ordered a Classic Lasagna which overall I was satisfied with. I’ve always thought the sauce was a little to pasty though. Service wasn’t that great. When our waitress first came to our table she yawned and excused herself saying she was tired(most likely from a busy week, but still… it makes customers feel like a burden). Mind you, it was 12pm on a Sunday and we were probably only about the third table she’s waited on. Thought it was kind of rude and unappealing. Later, we asked her to remove the wine glasses from the table to free up some room(the booth seemed kind of small even though my sisters and I are pretty darn skinny.) We moved the wine glasses to the front end of the table for her convenience, yet they stayed there for the remainder of our meal. Also, we had asked for another serving of breadsticks to go with our entrées since we finished the first basket of breadsticks with the dipping sauce appetizer. We didn’t get it until we were halfway finished with our entrée. One cool thing about this location is that they have an electronic card reader at each table. Our waitress pulled up our tab on it and handed it to us to use at our own discretion. There’s an option to split tabs, so my sisters and I split it evenly three ways. The machine asks if you want to add tip, you sign directly on the screen with your finger, and it gives you an option to email or print the receipt. Super cool, never seen it before.

The servers were horrible and the food was ok. The plates were really hot but the food wasn’t. The hostesses were rude. Thank goodness we don’t live close enough to come back again

It’s your typical Olive Garden except this one feels cleaner and better laid out then others. This is best one on the west side of Orlando. The new menu really is a welcomed change and to see it has really great healthy options is a plus. The addition of the Ziosk system is great as its connivence to pay when your ready without having to wait on your waiter to return is great. The hostest was not the most pleasant but the wait staff was very attentive and quick. Definitely reckoned this location over others in the area!

I always get the same thing, chicken sorrento. Server seemed new, was pleasant. Can’t go wrong with the salad.

So I’ve just moved to Orlando from Pensacola. I came here with my Momma and my best friend after experiencing an IKEA for the first time. Where better to eat for Mother’s Day than an Olive Garden, right? The inside of the restaurant was beautiful and gigantic. We got seated pretty immediately, even with the large amount of people present. After we got promptly seated by our pleasant hostess, however, the good times ended. Olive Garden has a great blueprint for how things are supposed to work, but this waiter that we got just could not follow it. We got no refills on drinks, and no refills on breadsticks for the entirety of the hour or so we were there. I should say we got no refills from him, because my Momma, who doesn’t take no BS, decided to wave down a couple of other servers in the area to ask for some refills of the items. He said he would bring us the refills, but just never did. He didn’t apologize for never bringing them, and he couldn’t even figure out how to work the Ziosk, so we had to wait 15 more minutes for him to find his way back to our table with the check. I’m not usually this much of a Unilocal pain in the ass, but gosh, it was just such an unpleasant experience. I’m giving this place two stars just because Olive Garden is usually amazing, and the food was delicious. I had a Tour of Italy, and my company each got the Chicken Parm. Standardly delicious.

This Olive Garden is in a decent location. It’s right off of Milennia Blvd and next to DSW. The food is pretty standard at all Olive Gardens so it was good and nothing to be concerned about. The service here is the issue. The wait time is abnormally long even though the restaurant was relatively empty and there were servers/bar/bus employees laughing in the front of the restaurant — not sure if that sends a great message to hungry and anxious customers. Probably will go to another Olive Garden next time.

The service was horrible!!! We got our soup, salad, and entrée the same time. Our drinks came after the meal was served. really!!! I asked my server for coffee and 15 mins later I asked him where’s my coffee? He replied I’m brewing it… the coffee came and it was Luke warm. So he lied about brewing me new coffee. :(The manager took care of us but we were not looking for free stuff. I have never experienced so many lies in one seating at a restaurant. There’s other mishaps that it will take me a long time to list. The other server was more friendly and helped us with refills. Thanks josh!!!

One word — bugs. Food was good. However… My grandmother threw together a birthday celebration for my aunt’s 50th birthday in the first week of October. We had reservations around 7pm. Food took a while to come out but it was understandable since we were a huge party. We even had our own room away from other patrons that evening. As the evening wound down, I was leaving earlier than some of the other party because I was sick and couldn’t talk much and had two kids with me. I stood up to exit the table when I noticed beside me in an empty chair was a roach crawling all around it. The party goers and I were trying to squash it, finally did but with a feeling of dread as we all had just eaten. And the roach wasn’t even a palmetto bug that like to come inside during a cold snap. No, this was the real deal, with wings. Vomit. I love Olive Garden, but I can’t see ever going here again unless forced.

When we first arrived we saw the people waiting and I thought it would be a long wait, we waited 5 min less time then why the hostess told me. When we sat down our server came over within 5min Gina was our server she was very attentive. She did let us know how busy it was which we saw but she said to flag her down for any reason. The pasta took some time, it looked like it was sitting up under the heat lamp for some time. I didn’t say anything just because I knew it would take that much longer for a new one. the five stars is for the service not the good. The food was ok, the salad had too much dressing and the breadsticks was too salty. The server was on point even though it was busy our glasses never empty I got to switch from salad to soup and even take it home bc after one dish of pasta we were stuffed. I would recommend this location as it’s right across from the mall of millennia and the staff was great. Even the gm was working and even seated us, the other manager we saw was seating people and being a food runner. I like to see the managers help the employees out.

My brother and I went here last week for all-you-can-eat soup and salad lunch. The food and service was about what you would expect from Olive Garden. The low score is not for that but for the horrible Ziosk system they had on all the tables. I HATETHESESYSTEMS!!! Not only does it feel like someone is watching me, but it also means servers who already make low wages could lose their jobs in the future! I hate the idea of these systems so much that I refused to use it and turned it away to face out from our table. The server, who also said he hated it, said they were testing the units… my hope is the test fails because if it doesn’t Olive Garden will have to change its slogan… from being«like family» to being«an assembly line.» SAYNOTOTHEZIOSK!!!

Went here around 5 for lunch and me and my boyfriend did the alfredo 3 course meal. We picked the chicken alfredo broccoli pasta and it was delicious. You get salad or soup for your starter plus breadsticks. Then you pick an entrée and end with a desert which could be chocolate mouse cake or a dolcini. I recommend to go on weekdays around 4 or 5 because they are not that busy so you will get better service. Two of these course meals came out to $ 25 total with tax and that’s with water. Dj was a great server very attentive.

First time at this location near the mall at Millenia and it was a good experience and service was awesome. I am not to sure why the rating on this location is so low because when I came there was no wait and the service was one of the best I have ever experience, to eat I had there spaghetti with meat sauce part of the $ 10 menu and salad. The food was delicious and our waiter was very professional and well trained with manners and very god at making sure we were doing good, he deserves the good tip I left him. My gf had the Alfred pasta with salad and she was just as happy as me. This was one of the best experience I have had at Olive Garden before, best part. Is everything went smooth and food came out quick because we were starving. Good service and good food so this location deserves five stars all the way plus cheap items on the menu and good food not to also mention this location looks nice inside kind of like a house in Italy. The menu has lots to choose from and the soup and salad with bread sticks Is unbelievable.
