Though the staff at this store seems very professional, and this review has nothing to do with the quality of the EA product we purchased, we were disappointed to be reminded that this store is just another franchise with no control over production and therefore little control over their in-​store promises for delivery. For us, a (prepaid) 4 – 6 week order for a reclining chair turned into almost 12 weeks of wondering with no explanations of what was happening or why. It would have been much more Christian of them to be honest from the beginning and just say that they don’t know when their orders can be delivered. They could then let customers know a date when they actually find out from the factory what the real production schedules might be. An honest truth beats setting a scripted date, postponing that date on inquiry, and then just giving up on any date until the chair we ordered finally arrived at the local warehouse — where it sat for an additional week waiting for this franchise to be served…
