Took my son here since he is a sushi lover, and he really enjoyed what he ordered. He had a custom California roll and miso soup. Good portions and great price for the amount of food you get. Very friendly server as well.

Loved the place… but most importantly loved the sushi. Definitely going to return. Really great sushi and good prices.

Was absolutely worth checking out. Although I was perfectly served, the food was good and I didn’t really have any complaints, it just felt like a 3-star review and not more. I had Sushi Deluxe which is 10 different sushi and 1 roll. My guess is that you’ be better of choosing one or two types of sushi so they van mek whole rolls for you. Would I go back? Not sure. I think you should try it out but for the second visit I’d probably try one of the other venues at this market place or look a little further.

We went to mikado for sushi today. It’s a little bit disappointed, especially their age dashi tofu. It’s too dry and thick. They tasted more like stinky toufu from China. You d better eat them with spicy chili sauce. Sashimi is way too thick to taste the fiber of fish. In a word, it’s not an authentic Japanese restaurant. It’s only one time trip. So forget it and move on.

I feel that the service and food quality is steadily decreasing at this establishment. My family and I have been eating here for more than 4 years. Service is slower & less attentive now than prior years. Granted we did arrive late this visit(9:30pm) we knew what wanted. We waited longer for the waitress to take our order than other tables that arrived after us. We also received our food well after everyone else. Still a decent place but I hope they bring back the great food and service that made us loyal customers.

Definitely best Sushi in Orlando. Was craving sushi while on vaca with the family. Found this place on Unilocal, and did not disappoint. Everything was so very fresh and tasty. It was also kids frendly. And price is very reasonable for such great quality sushi. Highly recommended.

Great food. Lunch menu is limited. I recommend going for the regular menu. Not cheap, but amazing.

This is my go to sushi spot. It’s fairly close to where I live and offers a great lunch menu. The service is always pleasant with no complaints ever. I dine here so frequently that some of the servers remember my order… The first thing I would like to point out is how well they execute the bento box. In fact, it’s the best bento box I’ve ever tried, and I’ve tried places where they specialize in bento boxes! All the items that are included in the bento box are well cooked and seasoned. If you go for lunch, the bento box averages at $ 9. For $ 5 you can upgrade it to include fried rice, spring roll, gyoza, and a crunch roll, which I’d recommend. This is still cheaper than the dinner bento box that averages at around $ 20. I usually order the sashimi lunch special with a side of sushi rice for a total of $ 13. The sushi is above average but certainly not the best in Orlando. It is fairly priced and I’m always satisfied with the quality of the fish and sushi rice. They also take pride in their presentation. All in all this is a great Japanese restaurant in the Hunters Creek area that offers great sushi as well as kitchen items. Other items I recommend are tuna kobachi, Fujiyama roll, conch salad, and unagi don.

Yes, a 5 star sushi(and many other items) spot! When my best friend got me into sushi in about 2010, he did it the right way by taking me to the best sushi spot he knew, Mikado. I instantly fell in deep love. From the amazing chicken fried rice to probably my favorite sushi roll, the Volcano roll. Topped up high with some spicy crab mix its definitely a tasty roll. These rolls are the best because they taste SOFRESH! My favorite Go-to roll has to be the Shrimp tempura, affordable, delicious, and the best of its kinda for 50 miles. Anot

Fellow Unilocalers, 4.5 stars This is my favorite sushi spot! Nestled directly behind the Millers Orlando Ale House in Hunters Creek. This place is worth a drive from anywhere. Rolls/sushi are spot of on! You can taste the freshness and quality of fish and all products. It’s not a huge place but it’s perfect. My only complaint is that they don’t use loose leaf tea for the green tea. Instead it’s a tea bag. Prices are really reasonable and service is friendly and attentive. Come here and this will most likely become your new favorite spot for sushi!

Nice place if you’re looking to crush a craving in a quieter part of town. It’s been around for awhile now too so it’s fairly consistent in what it has to offer. Roll wise I recommend the Las Vegas Roll, it’s one of their original rolls that has a nice balance of fish flavor working in harmony with the ingredients.(Really they have rolls that are pretty /and/taste good.) For a more purist route that doesn’t want just another maki or universal roll out there I recommend the Tiger Roll, it’s jam packed with fresh fish goodness. As a stickler for sushi, I can vouch for the quality of the fish to be good, but sometimes their rice is dry giving an undesirable texture that reminds me of eating«left out» food even though it’s definitely made fresh. Flavor of the sushi rice though is fine though! They’re often attentive and fast at service.
