MAC Cosmetics

My friend and I were just walking around and noticed there’s something going on at the MAC. They greeted us and told us we should give a try. It’s free and can totally try out some of their products.
We waited in line for five minutes and we got to our seats. Our ladies were very nice and asked what we want to look and what color. I only wanted to do the eyes, so she gave eye contour and eye shadow to match my blue and white outfit. It was the casual look that I was looking for. It felt weird to not have eyeliner on (I didn’t put on any cuz I was lazy that morning), so I asked if she could put eyeliner on me. Sadly she only had the roll up eyeliner and didn’t really showed up on my eyes. She said she didn’t have liquid eyeliner and told me to go to the products which is on the other side of the Mac area to check it out. She didn’t asked the person next to her if they have liquid eyeliner or to borrow one. After I was finished, I walked to my friend (across from me) and saw that her lady had liquid eyeliner. I was just little bit mad/​jealous that she had liquid eyeliner. But it’s whatever.
Overall experience, it was interesting. Nice way o find different looks, colors, and try their products. Most of the bump that I talked to were very nice and very helpful. They made sure if I was okay with the makeup product and if I like it or not.
I noticed that when I go to the mall, they can get pretty busy, so have patience, my love. It will be worth it with patience and the right mood.

my daughter wanted to go here i was kind of skeptic because it always crowed but this saturday it was not that much. My daughter was excited to be here. I ask one of the ladies to help us. She was very nice. She help my daughter, my daughter ask her can you help my mom too she said of course. She was very nice. I will defintely will be back and look for the lady that help us.

I love this location! Even though it’s always busy someone always takes a second to greet me and let me know they’ll be with me soon. Anyone who helps me takes their time to find the right product I’m looking for and never is pushy. I refuse to go to the counter store in Macy’s because the customer service there is just nonexistent and they’re not nearly as busy as the pro store.

Even though I mostly wear Chanel make-​up, I do love MAC nail polish; especially the limited editions. I buy them quite often.
The store is usually crowded, but you’ll find that with just about any MAC store. Know this going in and you’ll be fine.
Employees have always been friendly and helpful with a smile and the store is nice and clean.
