I was walking by this store in the Florida Mall and was offered a free sample of the moisturizer in the walkway. The salesman offered for me to try one on my hands inside the store. He awkwardly grabs my hand and begins to lead me through the store(wth). He puts the product on my hand and starts massaging(he never asked to touch me or massage me) He was asking me a lot of personal questions about myself(I worked in sales, I don’t think he was being creepy per se, but failing miserably to build rapport) During this time he’s trying to do his sales pitch and insults me no fewer than 3 times. For example, he asked my skin care routine, thanks to good genes I need minimal products to maintain my face… he called me lazy! He said the product was cleaning my skin from the inside out. It’s been a long time since I picked up a biology book but I don’t think that’s how that works. After another backhanded compliment and some of his sarcasm I ended up interrupting him, pulling my hand back and telling him we were done. From what I’ve read online they have a lot of customer service issues. Just beware and don’t take their free sample unless you want to deal with pushy, socially challenged sales people!
