One of my wishes came true when I saw Kono Pizza at the Florida Mall. I first discovered Pizza Cones at the Florida State Fair in Tampa a few years ago and I knew it was a good idea. If you’ve never had one, you need to try it! It looks like an ice cream cone made out of bread, stuffed with cheese and your favorite pizza toppings. They do have a number of options and there’s a picture of the menu attached to my review. I feel $ 4.99 is a great price for what you get!
On top of the cones, they have a wide selection of Gelato and from what I saw, they are popular with customers. Kono Pizza is not located in the food court of the mall, you will find it near the entrance to Dillard’s.

You know what… it was different but very good. Two friends and I ordered three of the pepperoni kones and it was delicious. A total of $ 23.89 for three drinks and three cones is also not that bad, (what, like about $ 8 per person? The price of an average meal combo!)
The service attendants were super kind and polite while working with me and other customers. I suggest trying this place!
The pizza or the «Konos» looks different and seems weird, but think of it as unique. Very good place for a bite to eat or a simple snack.

First time at this place. I was curios about this new pizza concept and I am very happy I stopped by. I am a fan. This place is a delicious and fresh Italian food kiosk. Will definitely return when I come to shop at the Florida Mall. It’s located right outside Dillard’s when entering the Florida Mall. Great prices too. They make pizza in a shape of a kone and you can choose the toppings. They also have gelato. Yum

If you want an on-​the-​go alternative to your traditional slice of pizza, then Kono pizza is the way to go! Not messy at all, contrary to what some may think or assume. Here at Kono pizza in the Florida mall, my Carni Kono was perfectly made and melted thoroughly from top to bottom, which is surprising given that it only takes a few minutes for it to cook. Their gelato is as authentic as it gets, rich creamy and flavorful! You’ve got it all in one place! Pizza, coffee & gelato! Can’t ask for anything more!

Horrible customer service. Gentleman used gloves to handle cash and then make our cone. Cone had very little meat in the carni. Tomato sauce was subpar. And cones were extremely messy!!!

OMG, this pizza is to die for. This flavorful pizza is portable and made with fresh ingredients on the spot. Best of all, it is mess free, a healthier alternative when compared to the traditional pizza and is inexpensive. Their dessert cones are awesome, I highly recommend the tiramisu. I finally found a great and affordable place to eat in Orlando.

It is great to finally have a pizza that is not greasy, and not as messy to eat plus it is faster to make. If pizza is not your style, then you can get authentic Italian gelato in one of their dessert cones. This location is the only one in the southeastern United States, so be sure to check it out if you’re in Orlando!

What a genius idea. Pizza in a cone. Absolutely delicious!!! They offer a variety of pizza kones, deli kones, and sweet kones. I ordered the chicken parm Kone and it was perfect! Lots of flavor and cheese! I also enjoyed the cookies and cream gelato. Hands down best gelato I have ever had. They also serve Lavazza coffee which is my favorite. I think I have found my new favorite spot!!!
