This is a taco foodtruck. Very simple and to the point to give a kick to your taste buds.
The grill is run by 2 Le Cordon Bleu chefs. They are two very nice gentlemen trying to start this small business. They like to frequent at bar and club spots around the UCF area after hours. It brings the downtown idea of «hotdog cart munchies» to the students.
I am rooting for these guys because this area needs something like this after getting out of the club such as Knights Library. Not to mention their chicken was SOO delicious! I want to see them prosper and hopefully get a few more items on their menu.
