I went into the Kiehl’s shop looking for something for my very dry, angry, rosacea flared up face. There were three attendants in the shop and I was approached immediately by Stepheny. She was nice, funny, and put up with my sarcasm. I found out after the fact that the other two attendants were training that day. Stepheny treated me well, did a face test (confirmed I have ultra dry skin) and grabbed products that were appropriate for me.
I was treated very well, was able to try the product in the store, there was no high pressure sales for any of the products, and I walked out with something that calmed my face and samples to try. I would have bought more product but I was too scared to buy it now with my face being all flared up.
I loved the staff, the store, and I love what I bought. I will be back 100%.

Great skin care products for men. Small shop, but good selection of products. Service has always been good, with folks who know the products they are selling. When I first went to the store looking to update my skincare regimen (which wasn’t much), the sales clerk asked a number of questions to help me identify the best products for me (a toner and a daily moisturizer that was well suite for oily skin). The toner was about $ 15, the moisturizer about $ 25. Both lasted for 6+ weeks, so a pretty good deal. Even better, the sales clerk provided a number of samples of other products for me to try.
I’ve been a repeat customer for several months now. I really like the product.

I buy a lot of skincare products (well, I have a lot of skin problems…).
I walked into Kiehl’s at Millenia for the first time last night and was SO excited.
NEW STUFF!
It is a tiny shop. There was 1 other customer and 2 employees.
Nobody helped me. Not at all. It was like I was invisible.
The products I sampled seemed nice. I might have bought something if I’d been offered assistance.
Bummer. (2 stars because I do think the products might be good… and I will probably give it another attempt.)
