Tory Burch

Amazing experience! I called this store a week in advance to make sure they had the shoe/​size that I needed and they were Most helpful! Today (while on vacation) I went into the store and was treated to my best Tory Burch experience yet, the ladies greeted me with smiles, hors dourves, and beverages. This store is a 10 in my book, I just wish every store was as amazing as this one but that certainly not the case! Kudos to Mall at Millenia! :)

I would give five stars for my visit a week or two before Christmas because the girl that helped us with a return was so sweet and awesome, I wish I could remember her name to give her some kudos but our last visit left me disappointed and was one star worthy but I’ll give two since our previous one was great.
When my girlfriend and I made our return, she saw a clutch that she loved but I had already finished shopping for her for Christmas and told her it would have to wait. A couple of weeks later, she had a really bad day so I took her to Millenia specifically to get her this clutch from Tory. We were clad in Lululemon workout gear and were not acknowledged in the store at all by any of the several sales ladies. It made me feel like they didn’t think we were worth their time bc they thought we wouldn’t buy anything…
After awkwardly holding the clutch I was ready to pay for, I had to flag down one of the ladies to pay. She was nice enough but hadn’t given us the time of day as we browsed for ten minutes prior to our interaction.
Overall, I really think they should treat customers well and acknowledge them even if they’re wearing workout clothes or whatever else. Very disappointed in our experience and when I’m shelling out four hundred bucks, it should make me feel warm and fuzzy.

I received the worst customer service yet. I won’t be coming back. Would rather order online I guess.

Nice little Tory boutique. I wish they had more purses in the store. (lots of clothes/​shoes) But the girls were very helpful.

After my frustrating tory burch outlet visit, I came to this location. Nothing amazing in store that I haven’t already seen online. Staff was so-​so. Oh tory!

Love the place. Great addition to the Mall at Millennia. They have a great selection of pieces and the ladies are knowledgable of product and very friendly. The store is a little small so when busy it can be overwhelming. Overall, great store!

All Tory all the time!
This a boutique with all of Tory’s new items… and sometimes there is a little sale area in the back. It’s a fun boutique to go into but also if you are visiting this store you probably also know that it’s not cheap.
The girls are very nice and when you got the boutique you will probably pick up colors/​items that they don’t carry at Bloomingdales/​Nordstrom/​Neimans.

This Tory Burch boutique is very chic and filled with great pieces. The store always looks clean and the merchandiser does a great job to make everything look appealing.
I don’t have anything negative to say, so I guess you should stop by!
