We had our condo empty and with very old worn carpet and got several estimates to completely redo it. Jerry was able to beat the lowest estimate by 15−20%. He advised us that he would subcontract it and got the job done very well. He gave us an estimate for replacing all of our linoleum as well, for a very competitive price, and we opted to have him install that as well.
The job was done well and we very much got what we paid for. I was slightly surprised that he asked for the entire cost of the carpet and installation in advance, but we were recommended him by another satisfied customer so we went along with it. The deal came through just like we’d hoped and we would work with Kennedy’s again and recommend them.
