I shop from them online and have had nothing but GREAT experiences. They are always fast, more than eager to help/​make suggestions, and get my order in the mail.

I can’t tell you How great «Infused Botanicals» is, people say it’s the shop that makes the people wanting to come back, but I say it’s the PEOPLE who work together and assist you, that make you wanna come back!
That 1^st time I was there, Tierra was working and I can’t say enough on how polite and honest she was towards me, she wasn’t in it for the sale, she was more into making sure it was something I liked and get good use from, Since I had told her I was trying to quit nd had tried everything they had out there nd nothing worked, but more importantly I wasn’t being satisfied. I must say she hooked me up good! Sam is another great person, always willing to make things better!
Then there’s Gabe who is so down to earth that at times you get talking and forget what you came in for, but he explains everything down to the last detail nd if u don’t understand it, he’ll tell you again, they never try to rush you and I know I can be a pain in the ass at times, especially when it comes to testing out the flavors!!! Angel to me is like he can build u just about anything, it’s amazing just to watch or explain what certain vapes you are looking for, they’re all there to help you and not out for the almighty dollar, they’re more concerned that you are happy when you walk out the door, if you ever do, there’s been times it’s just nice hanging with them!!! Even Brian the owner is a great guy, it’s like a family in there, he’s gone out iof his way helping me nd I THANK him for it and Ramsey, I’ve met you a few times, always on the laptop doing your job.
But enough about them, this is a place where you’ll get exactly what you’re looking for or even better. Their prices are very reasonable and to me, they have the best stuff around that is well worth the trip for me and let me fell you, I hate taking Florida’s transportation, but if I need something, anything, I will make the trip with no regrets at all!
So if you’re looking for decent, reasonable, great prices with considerate people, «INFUSED BOTANICALS» is the place to go, the only one I know that’s there for you and to see you leave happy!!!
Gotta try their new Teas, they have something for everything, you’ll be amazed, I was and still am!

I’ve been coming here for my vaping needs since they opened a few months ago. Even if they weren’t pretty close to my home, I would go out of my way to support them. From the owner Brian to Angel, the resident mod expert and the helpful Sam and Tierra, every experience there has had me wanting to come back. Did I mention Ramsay with the promotional skills?
In any case, they recently changed things up a bit and have added some medicinal teas and other various botanical items. I tried the Gansu Small Rose Bud tea today. It was delicious, refreshing and served as a nice pick-​me-​up.
If you haven’t been, it’s not just a vape shop anymore. You should definitely give it a try. And no, I don’t work there. :P
