I wish I could find a place this good closer to home. I live in NYC and so many massage therapy places list the word «shiatsu» to get business and just give you a regular massage. I thew my back out while I was visiting Orlando on business and this was the 2^nd place I called after I explained to the woman on the phone at the first that I hurt myself and needed someone with «strong hands to shove my skeleton back to where it’s supposed to be» and she told me she had the «perfect match» for me who had a «gentle touch». I’m not a house wife looking for a relaxing day at the spa with my girlfriends. I needed help and in my experience, if you’re getting a therapeutic massage and it’s not hurting then it’s probably not helping.
Miles was knowledgeable in shiatsu, Thai massage, and acupuncture and took down my email to send me information on herbs to help me with other issues unrelated to this injury. He diagnosed and worked on my issue and not my symptoms which I really appreciated.

I received a full write up of nutrition and herbal suggestions specific for me and my challenges, as well as cleansing protocols and timing suggestions for my eating patterns. Tons of information! I have recommended her to others and they have also come back with rave reviews!
