IHOP

I’ve always loved IHOP as my go to diner, so when this convenient location opened up recently I was excited. The restaurant was clean, busy (like every Ihop), the staff was courteous and the food was IHOP classic.

I come here often for a quick dinner with friends, I really like their pancakes and eggs, the only thing I don’t like is sweet tea, they called it «sweet tea» but it doesn’t taste like the name. Foods is awesome, quick service, I never wait more than 20mins since I got there!

Had a very good experience coming here at midnight. The waitress was great with us. Good service, delicious food, the place looks new and the decoration is on point. I used to go to Waffle House for late night eating, but now I am going to IHOP! Feels safe, is well lit and the service is good. Pancakes are delicious.

They never answer their phone so you can’t make take out orders in advance. Dine in is crap! Food isn’t that great and I’ve been here three times with hopes it was just an off day lol. I won’t be going back for a 4^th. you’re better off going to the location on Kirkman much much better!

I will never come here again. I can’t believe how rude they were. 4 of us came here for brunch. The food and service was average but I don’t expect amazing service at IHOP. We finished eating after about 30 mins. As soon as we finished eating the server brought our check. We paid our check but asked for more coffee. We stayed an additional 15 minutes finishing up our coffee when we were asked by our server if we could leave because she had to seat other people at our table. We were so confused. She offered to give us coffee to go if we could leave. I can’t believe how rude and unprofessional. We were there less than an hour before this happened. I’m so disgusted. I will be calling the location and corporate office to complain and I will never come here again!!!

This IHOP just opened down the street from my house, so I figured, why not try it out. Service was good, just above average and the food is descent. They sat us quickly and the server Nadine was great despite being very busy.
As soon as we entered, they greeted us promptly. They were very busy, however, the staff seemed to remain calm and provide great service despite the hectic atmosphere. Nadine our server managed her tables exceptionally well and even provided some great conversation.
The food was okay. There was one stand out though, the *Blue Pancakes* crispy on the outside soft on the inside, they were yummy. Coffee was great and unlimited which is always nice. Cold water was filled consistently.
Last, but not least, it was cheap. Our bill was 20 for two people and we left full.

Over all terrible experience. When we showed up we almost left immediately because it was very busy and seemed like it would be too long of a wait. We decided to stay after we were told it would only be a 15 minute wait. Almost 45 minutes later we were finally sat only to find that it was mostly empty inside. The hostesses waited until the dining room was almost completely open, and then flat Sat every table within 5 minutes. Anyone who has worked in a restaurant knows that is a huge no no.
After seeing this we knew service would be slow and understood that it wasn’t the fault of our server. Well after our order was taken and drinks came out I heard our server say that her manager moved her to a station at the opposite end of the dining room. She continued to try to serve us, but she was just stretched too far.
As far as the food goes my lunch was decent. Then again, I think it’s near impossible to mess up chicken tenders. My boyfriend’s steak and eggs, however, were beyond over cooked. He decided to eat it anyway figuring he shouldn’t have ordered steak at a breakfast place in the first place. Plus it took forever for our server to return to us. As I write this review he is wishing he never ate it.
We never once saw a manager on the floor, and it seems clear to me that this place suffers from a severe lack of leadership.

Ask for Theresa. Fast friendly service with a cheerful disposition.
I really like the new location with the new updated look. Evidently everyone was chomping at the bit for some IHOP because this place is hopping.
