Excellent salad and sandwich variety. Excellent Mac n cheese. Only downer was the slight attitude worker had when dining partner asked for 2 extra salad dressings – had to explain we had 2 salads otherwise she wanted to charge for a soufflé portion of salad dressing. Will be back.

Amazing food and great team. Always friendly and happy. Good place for vegetarians. Ask questions before ordering to make sure you know exactly what it is. From the look it can be a vegetarian dish but it can have hidden meat in it– it happened to me. So just ask.

Stumbled in here with my Mom after a long day of shopping nearby and wanted something light to eat… «Greens» & Grille fit the bill. It’s a quick service style spot where you order from a large menu on the wall. It’s what you would expect from… Salads, sandwiches, soups etc. We both chose The Fall with the suggested Turkey Breast and ordered a cup of tomato basil Soup. The salad was a bit over dressed, we probably should have asked for the dressing on the side. The turkey was grilled & tender and it paired well with the beets and goat cheese but the grilled onions made the salad feel a bit greasy. It also lacked texture… Would have been excellent with some nuts. The soup was underwhelming — plenty of tomato, very little basil or taste in general. At least not compared to many other tomato basil soups I’ve tried. I may go back to try something different… Not terrible but perhaps didn’t order the best things on the menu.

This place is amazing and I don’t know why it has 3.5 stars, it’s a definite 5! The options to create are endless and remember that something will be as healthy as you choose to make it. Either way, their food is fresh & tasty always. I’m not from Orlando, but wish I was as I’d eat here on the regular. Open one in Miami or make it a franchise!

My salad paradise. I seriously love this place. I use to dine at Greens & Grille at least once a week when it was open on University near UCF. They have some amazing salad and sandwich options. I’ve tried most of the salads and all are amazeballs. I’ve never ventured into their sandwich category, but I have friends who have vouched for their tastiness as well. And whether you choose to go salad or sandwich, if the options they have on their menu aren’t tickling your fancy, you can create your own. Actually, this is usually the route I go. They have a pretty good selection of toppings to choose from, so you can fully customize you meal for whatever you’re feeling in the moment. Greens & Grille is my healthy restaurant lover. I just wish the location on University was still open. It was so much more conveniently located for me. But now, I only make it out to Greens & Grille to get my fix when I’m shopping at Millenia. It’s a special treat.

I lived in the area for 2 years and worked nearby for 4. Greens and grille was always a go to for myself and anyone I happened to be with. Everything is made fresh I’m house. I’ve never been disappointed. My go-to is the californication wrap. But, the steak and blue, the pig, and the Greek are all delicious. The hummus is great. The roasted potatoes are as well. I’ve tried a friend’s Mac n cheese and it was great. The salads are always wonderful too! I saw one guy leave a negative comment and I honestly can’t imagine what his issue was. I love the place. The soups are always winners as well. It is maybe a bit higher than your average sandwich place(maybe $ 16-$ 20 for two which is still not bad) but they use better ingredients and make things from scratch. It costs more than your normal highly processed fast food. Worth it!

Healthy options can be hard to come by around town, especially around The Mall at Millenia. In a sea of Chipotle, Brio, and other big name chains Greens & Grille does steady business offering customizable salads, wraps, and soups. I have been wanting to try this place but have had a hard time conniving someone to try it with me when they have burritos or food court Chinese on their mind. Finally got in here on a weekday lunch time and this place was hoppin! Lots of business professional types or nearby retail workers enjoying healthy power lunches. Similar to other fast casual spots, you enter the restaurant and wait in line to order. During lunch rush we only waited a few minutes. There are printed menus for you to browse while you wait. On the menu you have a good selection of choices. You can order predetermined salad or a sandwich offerings off one side. The other side shows your options for fully custom salads or plate offerings such as grilled chicken breast with your choice of side. A lot of options here for you to create your perfect meal. I had the Fall Salad straight of the menu. Mister had grilled chicken with a side of grilled veggies and hummus with pita. Waters for both us and all together we paid just under $ 20 for 2. Food was great and the wait was not too long. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Can’t wait to come back and create my own salad!

I visited some friends in orlando. Thought to try out this place as it «looked» nice. However, my experience wasnt pleasing. In short, the place is showy, overly priced, miser in quantity and food size. The place just gives common salads and some sandwhiches, it doesnt require someone to be really innovative. my friend ordered grilled chicken and asked if it was marinated. They proudly said yes but it was as bland as Harrison Ford. The meal was just worth $ 7-$ 8 and i paid $ 14. If you are thinking of going to this place, i wpuld suggest you sweet tommatoes rather. Its cheap, more options and beats quantity. In short, this place is not worth your price.

This is great place for those who prefer light and healthy lunch, like I do. And I love this place, I go there at least once a week. But for the last two months I got in my salad olive with pit TWICE! Last time I got it, the piece of my tooth broke off!!! I want to address this to the manager of this place: PLEASECHECKOLIVESMOREATTENTIVELY! Because this could be extremely dangerous!

OK, your in Orlando doing the amusement parks thing, or even here for a convention at the OCCC. You’ve been subjected to every variation of greasy, fried foods, overpriced and stale salads swimming in ranch dressing and buried under cheese. You are craving something healthy & light. Now since Unilocal doesn’t have a «healthy» setting, you look for salads and hope you don’t get a Margaritaville type place. Fortunately, Unilocal did help me find this place. For under $ 10, I was able to get a full size fresh salad of romaine and mixed greens with 5 topping of my choice– I chose carrots, edamame, mushrooms, garbanzo beans and almond slivers with the chipotle vinaigrette and some grilled flank steak. Got to satisfy my heathy cravings for greens and protein at 1 place for a great price, my way. I am a huge believer in building your own meal. I don’t like to be the person who says«hold the onions» or «put the dressing on the side» because I want it the way I like it. Thank you for understanding that concept. Wish I had one of these where I live. Thank you Unilocal for coming through with a great, healthy alternative to amusement park and convention foods.

I frequented the greens and grille in east Orlando before it closed down. The food is a fresh and healthy type inspiration at this place, so you’ll either love it or hate it. The service here is not the greatest. I had to repeat my order 5x before the staff member was able to enter it. She must have been new. The entire staff seemed uninspired and no one was smiling. A minor thing(I know) but I believe it reflects hugely on an establishment. Will return but hope more friendly and competent service will be found.

This restaurant is awesome. All items are freshly made and of the highest quality. Yesterday I went with a Caesar salad topped with flank sirloin and it was extremely tasty and fresh. My wife who is gluten-free has many options. Basically everything on the menu is gluten-free(except the obvious items such as bread and croutons). This restaurant is normally very busy so I would recommend not eating at the peak lunch and evening meal hours.

They have new management and the staff seems to be friendlier lately. Seriously though even when the staff seems rude or miserable you can’t say no to. this place. Their salads(create your own with 5 toppings and your choice of meat) are so delicious and filling. This is a place you can come if you’re craving a salad and leave full and satisfied. Their dressings are made in house and you will want to buy a tub to make your salads at home this good! This has become a weekly staple on our days off and even sometimes twice a week. My fiancé even gets excited when I say«yes we can eat out again today but only greens and grille»

This place reminds me of a Chipotle vibe, but a much healthier version. You are able to Create your own salad, sandwich, or grilled plate. Which pretty much includes an array of toppings: 1. Flank Steak 2. Mushrooms 3. Chicken Breast 4. Carmelized Onions 5. House Made Pickles 6. Bibb Lettuce 7. Fresh Avocado 8. Hummus 9. Pork Loin 10. White Tiger Shrimp So pretty much it is an insane collection of goodness to include with any meal. I decided to get a combo deal at 6.99, I ordered the Hummus with Whole Wheat Flatbread and a Chicken Tortilla Soup. It was tasty lunch for sure, and reasonably priced. This is definitely a good lunch spot to go to. The customer service was quick and friendly. Plenty of Parking. Good to Go!

Well I personally enjoy eating here. It’s not close to my home or work so I have to travel to get there and this means I don’t eat it that much. I could see myself getting tired of it if I went a lot. I have ordered The Fall salad — no potatoes, add candied pecans, add portobello — to date. It’s very good. Today I got the potatoes and the almonds. I don’t think the potatoes are necessary and prefer the almonds. I often order soup and have never been overly thrilled by any that I’ve tried. Today I stopped myself from getting soup and got hummus and flatbread instead. My lunch was $ 16! Holy crap. Considering the salad is quite large, I’m not sure why I always get a side. I think this means my salad is like $ 11 or 12 which is quite a lot. Maybe it’s $ 10 if I didn’t sub almonds for potatoes. Regardless it’s not a cheap meal. The ordering process is strange but I guess I’m used to it. It does annoy me when people in line stand and ask 500 questions at the 1st register instead of just standing off to the side and looking at the menu but the queue is narrow and the menu is confusing so I guess that 1st register is the first place they can ask questions. It’s still annoying though. Overall I wish it was cheaper. I’m satisfied with my salad and I’ve never had a sandwich. I feel like my BFs sandwich was small when we went together a while back but I’m not sure.

Oh I love this place! You can either go with one of their salads on the menu or create your own. The ingredients are always fresh and their dressings are amazing! I can’t get enough of the citrus balsamic! You can do the same with sandwiches as well or turn your salad into a wrap. I usually get a cup of soup too and have never been disappointed!

This was my first time here. It’s really not a bad place, but it’s not fantastic either. I came with my family so I tried a few dishes. Both the shrimp bisque and broccoli cheddar soup were average tasting and not very hot. The Cali Cobb salad was good. The cow signature sandwich was pretty good though, I’d get that if I come again. My brother loved his meal and he is vegan, he ordered the veg signature sandwich with vegan sea salt chips. The restaurant was pricier than it should be as well.
