Flat tire with a tire plan. They left my sensors going crazy. Told me to drive it and see if it would stop and come back another day. This people look miserable and ask non friendly. Worst service ever.

In all, this location is really good. This is the second time I have been here. The first time was this time last year for two new tires. This time I came in to replace my other tires, all the brakes, and get an alignment. As with everything, there is the good and the bad. Let’s start with good!
All of the staff was extremely professional and friendly. They frequently came in to provide updates on progress. Also, they do have a TV in their waiting room (nice if you have to wait).
Now for the not so great things. I had an appointment. Even with that, the repair still took over 4 hours to be completed. They told me the brakes were giving them some problems, but even with that I don’t feel as though it should have been such a long process.
Mostly, what bothered me the most, was they didn’t give me a finished product back. After all the work done, they left the mess for me to clean (see the photo). I could have gone back and had them finish their work properly, but I was too tired is wasting my Saturday sitting in their lobby.

If there was a zero rating that’s what these guys would get. The service writers are dicks. I brought some 03 Cobra wheels to have balanced and put on my truck, and instead of static balancing them they through weights on the outside lip and put fresh little nicks in the clear coat on the wheels. Just because the wheels are going on a ranger and not a mustang doesn’t mean I want them looking like shit because dumb tech’s are slamming weights on them. Not to mention there slow as hell, I waited for 2 hours to have one tire mounted and 4 wheels balanced. Fu#k this shop, avoid at all costs! Crooks giving you quotes, and minimum wage techs not doing there job correctly.

Courteous management & technicians here. I got an overdue brake job here as well as a 60,000 mile maintenance for my 2009 Honda. I also had an issue with an alignment done at a different repair shop that Goodyear offered to take care of at no charge.

I came in with a flat tire and found out it was a hole in the side wall of the tire (meaning I needed a new tire). ~groan~ It was going to be that kind of Monday…
I got an estimate from James, who was incredibly friendly and came out right away to help me out. I’ll admit I went to Sears just down the road for a second estimate and was so turned off by their lack of service that I returned to James at Goodyear.
He took care of everything and was a total gentleman. I went back the next day to get the new tire put on my car and this time Chris helped me out. He chatted with me the whole time and it made the time pass faster. He also came to my car and taught me how to reset the tire pressure light for next time.
I ended up leaving with a great experience and they discounted a ton for me since it was a new car.
I’ll definitely be coming straight here next time (hopefully there isn’t a next time though!).

This place is horrible. On one occassion we dropped off the car around 9 in the morning for an oil change and never got a call back. We waited all day with no call. I called around 4:30 and they told us they were just finishing up and would get back to us in 30 mins…6:30 rolls around and there is still no call. I get a ride up there, and then had to sit for 30 more minutes before finally getting my car back. Not to mention that they tried to sell me a bunch of needless stuff. This has happened twice. So if you want an oil change done within a reasonable amount of time and some decent customer service, absolutely avoid this place.

These people have no idea what they are doing. I had brakes replaced on my wife’s car. They began to squeak and made a grinding sound when stopping within a couple thousand miles well under warranty. They replaced the pads with even worse pads that throw heavy brake dust everywhere. They also promise your car in a couple hours on a morning dropoff. They then call you at 8:30PM when its done. Her brakes still aren’t right and we’re heading to the dealer.

I recently dropped my truck off for an oil change during which they informed me that I needed brake shoes and that my rear axle seals were leaking. I was going to have them complete the work; however, the quote was for $ 913, so I started calling around. The average cost for the repairs at other shops was $ 650. Goodyear offered to match the quote, but considering the difference, I felt that they were trying to get me for as much money as possible instead of giving a fair price up front.

I drive a Toyota Camry and they called me during my oil change to tell me I needed new tires. Quoted me $ 900 and told me I needed to do it that day (concerned about my safety of course). Do not go here.

Second time for different repairs/​different cars they have told me things are not as bad as I thought. They just saved me $ 200 and told me my back brakes made dust but were not worn down and did not need to be replaced. Also said front brakes were really okay for now but worn down more than the back, so my choice was to just get front pads replaced. He then even gave me a coupon for $ 20 off each.

I have always had a good experience at this location. I take my car here for the basic maintenance, oil change, rotation, balance, allignment, etc. My car is always in and out quickly. They do make suggestions on maintenance issues that are coming due or needed to be done, however they are never pushy. One time about a year ago when I was short on cash but needed some preventative maintenance done for a trip, they advised me where would be the smartest place to put the money into the car.
Just a couple of weeks ago my car died and i had to have it towed in. They discovered that a major repair I had done at an out of state dealer had failed. They called the dealer and arranged to have all the new work covered under the warranty from the dealer. That call saved me $ 475!
Any time I have had an issue with the service the manager has always resolved it quickly and professionally to my satisfaction.
I keep going back since they have never done me wrong!

These guys are rip off artists. They couldn’t fix a drink.
I had my car towed here because it was the only garage AAA would tow to and they «fixed» it for me. I then brought it to a dealership who fixed it for real, as well as all the shit these guys muffed up.
