Para quem não fala bem o inglês é possível pedir a assistência de alguém que fale espanhol mas, no meu caso me confunde ainda mais, prefiro o inglês mesmo.
O atendimento foi bom, sem nenhum problema. Me deixaram circular pela loja tranquilamente sem tentar ficar vendendo coisas e mais coisas como acontece em algumas lojas, principalmente onde há vendedores brasileiros (isso acontece demais nos quiosques dos outlets).

Great place for motorcycle parts and gear. My bad experience is what gave them a crappy rating. I bought a battery for my 07′ GSX-​R750 after my voltage regulator melted on me (which is a common problem for this model). When I purchased this battery the associate filled the battery improperly and the acid was seeping from the plug holes at the top of the battery and consequently leaked on my floor mat and then onto my floorboard carpet. Thus melting it. After months of calls and ignored responses from me. They (corporate offices of cycle gear) determine they would give me a $ 20 gift certificate. Insulting me. So if you want quality products with good customer service do not go to this place. Btw my carpet to be replaced was priced around $ 850.

Friendly and the people will remember you when you become a regular there. Amazing service and gear from various companies-​/​clothing, helmets, suits, vests, boots, gloves, etc! Motorcycle parts and odds and ends too. They will order shields for your helmet for you if you need them too as well.

Do not disclose your address to these people when they ask you for it at the register!
When asked, I said «no thanks, I don’t want any mail.» The guy claimed it was only for «customer identity» or some bullshit. A week later, here’s a Cycle Gear catalog and what else? Mail from Geico moto insurance!
Not only do they send you spam, but they seem to disclose information to third parties as well. For a nationwide chain, I wouldn’t be surprised.
Other than that it was fine, a pretty typical store.

Cycle Gear is THE place to go if you are looking for motorcycle/​scooter/​dirtbike gear at a reasonable price.
They have a good selection, great service, and are very low pressure. I have been in two times this week to get helmets, gloves, and rain gear for my scooter. We dealt with different employees each time, but each experience was very positive, and their prices were way lower than I expected.
Good price and good service are an elusive combination, but Cycle Gear delivers.
